Starting mid-September and continuing into February 2025, the Aqua COA will be undergoing numerous important maintenance projects that will potentially impact our residences and their guests. These include structural repairs and re-painting portions of the western half of the building (stacks 06 through 11) and replacing the beach boardwalk. During this time, the western outdoor pool will be closed. The eastern indoor/outdoor pool and spa will remain open. A temporary or alternate beach access will also be provided during the boardwalk construction period. If you have any questions, please reach out to us directly.

Great stay
We had a great time staying here. The condo was clean and comfortable. Parking was convenient and we all liked the cool air in the breezeway between the garage and the complex. The elevators were quick. We will be staying here again.

Family Vacation 2021
We booked this property with high hopes of an awesome vacation experience. Our condo was everything we thought it would be, however, the property had only 1 working elevator. 😪 We were on the 16th floor and wait time on an elevator was up to 45 minutes!! We were told by management the reason the elevators were not working is because they couldn't get inspectors out to inspect them! This issue resulted in over crowded elevators traveling way above the maximum capacity not only with people but with weight limits as well. I was worried to death the whole week with "What If's". This was our first stay at Aqua, and unfortunately, our last!! We go on vacation to relax and enjoy ourselves, not to lay in bed at night worried to death and dreading each time you leave the room knowing you will be standing there for long periods of time. Have you walked up and down 16 flights of stairs with a 3 year old, a 5 year old, floats, coolers, etc??????? WE SURE DID!! 😪😪😪😪 We also had to plan our whole schedule everyday around the elevator issues. We were out at 11:30 pm the night before we left loading our vehicles in order to hopefully avoid high levels of elevator traffic. In my opinion, Aqua is not a safe place to stay. God forbid an emergency were to happen in a 23 story high rise condominium and only 1 working elevator. Makes me shiver to think about it. Management/Condo Owners need to get a hold of this issue fast before somebody gets hurt! I would NEVER recommend staying here!!

Coley Stay - Aqua Resort
The facilities themselves were nice and the unit we had was outstanding. Where this facility fails is in customer service and general functionality. 2 of the 4 elevators were out during our stay. Signs indicated the elevators were down due to recent tornado activity. A local resident told us that there had not been any tornadoes in the area for a number of months. Knowing the crowds at this facility for spring break priority should have been made to get the elevators fixed. At one point 1 of the other 2 elevators went down for over 12 hours. Given one elevator working it was well over a 30 minute wait each time to get that one elevator. At one point my wife, daughter and grandkids had to climb the 16 floors to our unit. Being 61 years old, I myself could not make that climb. A service man was seen working on the elevator at one point but nothing was ever repaired. This was totally unacceptable. Crowd size should not have been an excuse. At the same customer service was extremely poor. On our first day we had only one trash bag in our unit. Before we could get to the store we asked the front desk if we could get a couple of bags from them. The first person responded "we don't do that". A supervisor appeared from the back and was accommodating and gave us two bags. In another instance we asked the front desk about obtaining another parking pass for a golf cart we had rented. We were told that another pass had to be paid for even though we understood up front that two parking spaces came with each unit. The front desk tried to explain the process but was less than helpful explaining that process to us nor what to do after we eventually got online to pay for it. She indicated that we needed to go to the security office, acting as if we knew where that was at. Once we established that location we knocked on the door and was met by the security officer on duty who appeared put out that we were there. Once we explained our presence we were told to "send the invoice we paid for to her". Nothing was mentioned as to where and how. Once that was established I told her the message I sent indicated undeliverable. Her comment was "it will get here eventually" and closed the door. After several minutes my phone indicated message sent. I knocked on the door again and told the security officer she should have it now. She finally gave us the pass. These are all examples, and we have more, where a better customer service experience was needed.
