Beautiful location - balcony view of ocean was amazing!
This property, Aqua was defeated prime location. We had easy access to the beach with 2 lay down beach chairs and an umbrella, all provided. The properties beach area wasn't over crowded nor was either of the properties pool. Shopping and food was all in walking distance. Great spot to stay. I will say the elevator traffic was crazy. But otherwise we would totally recommend Aqua 👌!

This place was wonderful! Condo was clean, modern, great views, nice amenities! Across the street parking was a bit of a hassle, but the covered bridge and luggage carts made it easier. Very crowded beach and pool. We would definitely come back! Just maybe in the off season.

The place was nice but the inside shower curtain linings were not clean….need replaced. Also I needed to contact maintenance because the drain in one of the tubs was very slow. Also the garbage disposal was loud and it turned out there was a bottle cap in it. The maintenance man was very kind and helpful and he fixed both problems….just not what you want to deal with on vacation.

We stayed June 5-10. This property is even more gorgeous in person than in the pictures. I was worried about staying so high up due to potential elevator wait times but we honestly didn’t have any issues whatsoever. I couldn’t recommend this property enough. We will definitely be back!

We had a fabulous stay at Aqua 1909. The condo was very clean and everything that we needed was there. The property managers were amazing and very helpful. The only problem was that the icemaker appeared to not be working, so the property manager brought us ice right away. They offered to fix the icemaker, but when someone came, it was already working again. We will surely stay here again!

Accessibility & maintenance issues but overall good
The unit was as advertised, clean, and met our expectations. It came with two complimentary beach chars, which was very nice. However, Aqua did not meet our expectations. First, the parking garage is across the street from the property, requiring two separate elevators to access the unit. For the majority of our stay one elevator to the parking garage and one elevator to the unit were not working. Also, everyone was checking in at the same time so luggage carts were hard to come by. We were traveling with an 80 year old, a 2 year old, and I was 8 months pregnant. The distance from the parking garage to the unit and the need for multiple elevators with limited availability was difficult and frustrating. Second, there was a sewage back up at the larger pool and the pool was shut down for four days. This was obviously out of the unit owner's control but it significantly and negatively impacted our trip. Finally, the bed in the master bedroom was incredibly uncomfortable and made an awful squeaking noise whenever you moved at all. Ultimately, we had a nice trip and the unit was good.

Overall the condo was nice. The carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced in the bedrooms. Only two elevator locations so we had to wait a while for those. Also no air conditioning in the elevators so it was miserable any time we had to use it.

Awesome Family Vacay
This condo was exactly like it was listed on the webpage. It had everything we needed. My family was able to enjoy a week’s stay with my sons and their family. My grandson had the best time at the beach and in the pool. I could not have asked for a better vacation. Also, Beachbooking’s personnel was awesome.

The condo itself was awesome. The building was a disaster with only 1 elevator to serve the entire building causing HUGE delays waiting for an elevator with enough room to get on. Not the condo owners fault but definitely impacted our stay.

Brought the family down to PCB for Ironman Florida. Traveled with my wife and 2 kids, both under 10. To begin, I was looking to check-in a little early. Our flights kept getting changed due to airline/flight passenger capacity so we wound up arriving in PCB several hours before check-in. I had been communicating with the property managers regarding it and they had NO issues allowing us to enter and occupy the property early since it was vacant before we got there. Allowing us to do that allowed me to Instacart groceries to pretty much meet us there when we arrived. Staying a week with kids we knew we needed supplies and didn’t want to waste too much time having to do that, with kids, on vacation. Throughout the stay I had a few questions for the managers and had NO issues communicating with them via their app and direct to mobile device. The property was exactly as described. Modern, updated and clean. New Keurig and coffee maker in the kitchen. Nice TV’s in all the bedrooms which the kids loved. Quiet. Quiet. This is on the end of a floor away from the elevators. The view is PERFECT with a perfect view of the sunset over the pier at Pier Park. If we decided to come back down to PCB next fall for IMFL ‘22, I would absolutely consider this unit again.
