Our condo has been remodeled to give it a fresh new look! Brand new granite counters, tile, and all new appliances in the kitchen with undermount sink with a high rise Kohler faucet. Both bathrooms have been updated with custom counter height vanities, new light fixtures and a Kohler chair height toilet added. A brand new King Bed in Master Bedroom with a new STERNS AND FOSTER MATTRESS and nightstands. We also redid the balcony with new comfortable furniture! The balcony is the best place to hang out in the whole condo!

Our guests have told us they love our unit 2203 and the experience (check out our reviews). The custom touches from the curtains, closets and walk in showers really make it exceptional.

Panama City Beach is one of the World's Most Beautiful beaches, with over 27 miles that stretch along the Gulf of Mexico. If you have ever traveled to Mexico or the Caribbean, the aqua blue waters & white sand beaches will remind you of those tropical places!

This condo is pure luxury...From the custom ceramic tile walk in showers to the plush mattresses. This condo is our home away from home!!

Our Condo is located on the 22nd floor and has all the comforts of home and more. The main rooms (kitchen/dining room/family room) all have a beautiful traditional feel that will help you relax on your much needed vacation! The master bedroom has a King Bed with a Sterns and Foster Mattress along with a wonderful fold down desk/entertainment unit. The draperies are all custom made in Navy Blue to match the bedding and have sewn in blackout liners for that restful sleep. The master closet has all been done custom to maximize space and keep you organized. Your master bath is stunning as the ceramic tiled walk in shower and custom glass is just what you need after a long day at the beach!

The second bedroom also has a Queen Sleigh Bed with a comfy mattress, twin size daybed with pillow-top mattress, custom closet and is decorated in a fun beach décor. The 2nd Bathroom also has a beautiful custom tiled walk in shower.

The living room is pure comfort with down filled furniture and the entertainment center boasts a 55" Smart TV, Stereo and DVD Player. You can also watch all your favorite movies free on Netflix or listen to your favorite music on Pandora streamed through the Smart TV and the unit is equipped with high speed WIFI.

We have the largest Gulf-front balconies on the beach (10’ X 30’ or 300 sq. ft.). The balcony is accessible from the family room and the master bedroom. You can either lounge or dine from the balcony area and watch the sun rise and set with the most radiant colors I have ever seen over the ocean. Furniture on the balcony includes a 4 pc table and chair set for family dining. You will also have a high rise bar set that seats 4, table and a comfortable seating for four to lounge at. Your time on the balcony will have lasting memories as the view is breathtaking! We also only rent to 25 year or older & non-smokers only for our beautiful condo. Tropic Winds is now a smoke free building/property.

Pier Park is just minutes away, 900,000 sq. ft. open air complex that is the largest shopping and entertainment venue in the Northwest area of Florida. Pier Park has everything for everyone in the family, shopping, restaurants, kid entertainment, theaters, Dave & Busters, Sugar candy store and more. We enjoy going to Tootsies the original Honky Tonk from Nashville...Great music!

Panama City Beach and our beautiful Tropic Winds Penthouse is easily accessible from every where now that the 'Northwest Florida Beaches (ECP) International Airport' is open and has daily flights via Southwest, American Airlines and Delta.
