Our Tower I Unit 310 is a 2 bedroom Deluxe unit (1317 sq. ft.) conveniently located on the third floor directly overlooking the lagoon pool. We are located in Tower I on the 3rd Floor. The condo is a 2 BR and 2 BA with large bedrooms with a king and two queen beds. All beds have new mattresses and box springs (January 2025).

Our condo was recently remodeled and we continue with yearly improvements. It is a perfect location--close enough to the ground floor to have great unobstructed views of all the activities at the pool and beach, and high enough to enjoy the spectacular gulf views. There is quick access to the beach and pool by taking the nearby stairs or one of the two elevators.

Some of the updates you will enjoy include new ceilings, new paint, wood work, wood trim (bead board), doors, kitchen appliances, faucets, bedding, dining table and chairs and bed room recliner. All TVs are wall mounted (smart TVs) with high definition feed. All TVs have DVD players (blu ray). We also have tile floors (no carpet).

Wake up in the morning in the master bedroom and enjoy the gulf view through the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the sugary white beach. Move onto the adjoining balcony, which is furnished with chairs and a small table for drinks or coffee cups and enjoy your morning coffee with the nice gulf breeze. There are beach views from the kitchen, dining and living room, and master bedroom. Entrance to the balcony is from the living room and master bedroom.

There are two VERY LARGE bedrooms. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and a sitting area. The attached bathroom has a walk in shower. There is also a walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has two queen beds and an attached full bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

Our condo features a fully equipped kitchen with a stacked washer and dryer. The bathrooms have tile shower and tub surround with raised vanities and new faucets.

There is a Property fee of $70 that is for one parking pass and Resort wristbands. One additional parking pass can be purchased for $30. Our condo sleeps 6.

Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort is the only full service resort on Panama City Beach. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous! The amenities are awesome! The resort has a par-3, 9-hole golf course on property, a Wellness and Fitness Center, a full service spa, 11 swimming pools, 6 reflecting ponds, 4 whirlpool spas, an 11,500-square-foot Polynesian-style lagoon pool with an elaborate system of waterfalls and islands within the pool itself, 1/2 mile of beach, water sports (jet ski, para-sail, banana boat, Kayak, Chartered boats), Ocean’s Bar and Grill, a large Tiki Bar, a pizza shop (summer only), Edgie’s Corner Market (a gift shop with Starbucks coffee and ice cream,) tennis and basketball courts, shuffleboard, live music and activities pool-side (summer only), and 24 hour gated security.

Edgewater Beach Resort is conveniently located to countless activities. The Shoppes at Edgewater are across the street an offer restaurants, shops, bowling alley and rental cars. The Pier Park Shopping Area is about a 10 minute drive away and has one million square feet of shopping and entertainment. Here you will find an outside mall with several upscale shops, two department stores, many great restaurants, bars, live music, a movie theater, kids’ activities and a small amusement park. You may also like to take advantage of Panama City Beach's many other activities all within a short drive...Gulf World Marine Park, Shipwreck Island Water-park, Ripley's Believe It or Not Museum, WonderWorks, Shell Island, chartered fishing tours, dolphin cruises, go carts, and more.

We are 10 minutes from the new Panama City Sports Complex. A state of the art sports complex for soccer, baseball and softball.

Walmart is about one mile east from the condo and Publix Super Market is located close by on Back Beach Road, both of which are great for grocery shopping. There is a Target and Walmart at Pier Park, also great for grocery shopping.

Condo with a great view!
This was our first time in PCB and we loved staying at Edgewater! The condo was clean and had everything that we needed. Complex is a family friendly resort for kids of all ages and was close to shops and restaurants! Would definitely book again!

Great for families!
We were in town for our daughter’s dance competition at the resort and enjoyed being able to use the walkway over Front Beach Rd to get there. The condo unit was so clean and had everything we needed! The property owner was very nice and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and well cared for. The location on the third floor was easy to acces using the stairs or the elevator. My husband, son (10 yrs old), and I visit Edgewater every summer. This was without a doubt the best condo we've stayed in. Eddie was such a wonderful and kind host; he let me change our dates so that I could make it to my nephew's graduation, and he texted us to let us know we could check in early on the day of our arrival. It makes a HUGE difference when you're dealing with an owner rather than a management company. Everything went so smoothly, and you could really tell the personal touch of people who use and love their home. The condo itself is perfect - beautifully updated, well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen, and really spacious. The Cannons have thought of everything guests need; the only thing left for us to do was relax!

The perfect condo
We can’t say enough good about this condo and the owners. We had to back up our vacation a touch as there was a tragic death of a friend in our home community. Eddie extended our stay a day on the back end. What kindness and understanding. The unit was perfect. Everything we needed and more. Stairs were so close and easy access to the lagoon pool. The view was second to none. The resort was perfect as well. We hope to return to PCB and to this condo. Hosts also provided suggestions of restaurants and more for us. This was really welcome as it was our first time in PCB. Thanks so much once again!!

We booked 5 nights at the condo and took our two children with us who are 4 and 10. The condo is as pictured, very clean, great location within the resort and on the 3rd floor which was also nice. We had a fantastic time, we enjoyed the beach as well as the pool. It was crowded and the staff were very friendly. The Owners are great to work with, very upfront with information and had a lot of good suggestions for restaurants and activities. We recommend staying!! We will be back for sure!

Great time
This condo was absolutely perfect for us (a family of 4). We were looking for something with a view and easy beach access and a pool for a change of scenery. This condo delivered that and more! Being on the third floor and right in the middle of the resort offered us the best location possible. We could see everything happening at the splash pad, pool, restaurant and bar and beach. This resort is HUGE and has many amenities and events that keep it fun and entertaining. The only real problem we had was the landscape crew working right outside our window between 630-730 in the morning and waking us up on several days. However, we would not hesitate to stay here again and will certainly recommend to others. Thank you again, Eddie, for allowing us to have a beautiful family vacation in your place!

The owners had great communication with us. The condo was super clean, comfy beds and good supply of kitchen cooking tools. The only thing I wish they had was better black out shades in the bedrooms. It was very bright when the sun came up. Overall it was the perfect vacation condo.

Perfect Vacation!
This condo exceeded our expectations! It gave off the perfect beach vibe with its decor and the views from the balcony/master bedroom were absolutely gorgeous! We were very pleased with the property, it was clean, spacious and had everything we needed! We also rented beach chairs on the days we wanted to be out all day and it was easy to walk back to condo for lunch & to get out of the sun for a bit. We didn’t really use the pool, but it was nice to have the option. The actual resort was a bit outdated, but it was clean and everything was in working order. The only complaint I have is I wish folks would pick up after themselves on the beach, it’s a shame that the staff has to do that for capable adults. Ocean and sand were absolutely beautiful!
