Great acommunication
I’ve stayed at quite a few properties, and the communication with the owner of this unit was far and above much better than any other time we have experienced. There were a few issues, at no fault of the owner, but they were in constant contact and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our stay. Highly recommend this place.

This is our 10+ year visiting PCB. By far this has been our favorite location at the Grand Panama. The owners of this unit are a pleasure to work with and we plan on renting this unit again next year.

Perfect spot for a family vacation!
We can’t wait to come back! Not only was the location perfect and view stunning, but the apartment was able to accommodate multiple adults, kids, and grandma in her wheelchair. The owners were responsive and helpful and even mailed back clothes we forgot at the space. All around 5 stars!

This property was super nice! Updated decor and very nice master suite. Extra storage for beach items outside of living quarters helped to minimize sand in the unit and overall tidiness of the unit. No long waits for elevators and easy access to the beach. I just can't think of any negatives with this property. We LOVED everything!! We plan to return next summer!!!

Wonderful!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Rouselle’s condo! It’s updated and beautifully decorated and in a perfect location. For the size of the building we really didn’t have to wait long for elevators at all and we were all the way on the 10th floor. The balcony is directly above the tiki bar area (ten floors up so no noise) and on the weekend nights we were there they had an acoustic artist from 6p-9p and we were able to sit on the balcony, enjoy the music and the gulf front view. It was great! We didn’t get in our car one time to go anywhere. The surf shops were walkable distance and the ice cream shop and goofy golf was too, which was a hit with the kids. We had plenty of space and the condo had everything we needed, including tons of beach toys and floats which the kids loved as well! If you’re wanting a wonderful end unit condo that sleeps 8 comfortably and don’t want to have to drive anywhere, this place is for you!! We would definitely stay here again!

What a great stay!
Our family of 8 (6 adults, 2 children) really loved so many things about this condo. We loved that it is a corner unit…it’s quieter and more private. We loved that all the bedrooms were roomy enough with a connecting bathroom or 3 steps away. We loved having a full size washer & dryer, a HUGE lockable outside storage closet for all our beach chairs, canopies, and beach toys! We loved that almost every time we needed an elevator we didn’t have to wait long. We’ve stayed in many different places in PCB and we enjoyed the location…close to Walmart & Dollar General. We cooked all our meals in the condo which kept us from having to wait 1-2 hrs for a table with little ones. The pool area is nice, very clean grounds, common area. We plan to come back!!

Great Family Vacation Spot
This property is ideally located on the beach. The 3 bedroom condo was perfect for our family - nice floor plan, clean, and well maintained. Spacious balcony with great views from every room. The parking garage is easily accessible and secure. The Tiki bar is conveniently located by the pool. The Pier is within walking distance, and restaurants and other kid friendly attractions are only a few minutes drive from the property. Overall, this was a great experience and we look forward to staying here again when we are back in the area.

Book it!!!
Our family of 7 enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated condo. The views were amazing and everything was really clean and well furnished. We had a little problem with the washer and the owner had the property manager there within an hour to address the issue. They also had beach chairs and surf boards that they shared with us during our stay. Our kids loved the pool and the covered parking was a plus. I would definitely recommend this unit.

Our stay was short but sweet! We all agree this was the best decorated condo we had ever stayed in! It has the best rustic beach theme!! The table on the balcony was perfect for morning coffee and the view is unbeatable! We truly enjoyed it!

Good destination for family
This was a great place to stay!! It was updated and veryclean. The kitchen had everything it you need to prepare food. The location is great! It was a very nice place for me and my kids to vacation for a week. Highly recommend to stay here!! I am particular about where I stay and I was very pleased with representation of the pictures and actual property!! They let me check in early and responded very quickly when I messaged them. Very polite people there abs we enjoyed our stay.
