Emerald Beach Resort 934 is a great choice for a small family getaway or a trip with friends. This one-bedroom condo has two bathrooms and can accommodate up to six guests. The southern wall is lined with glass doors, providing breathtaking views of the beach. The fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances adds convenience to your vacation. Kids will love the built-in hallway bunks. Our stay at Emerald Beach Resort

Overall the stay was wonderful! Very clean condo! Our only complaint for the condo itself was the bed wasn't very comfortable, but nothing that would stop us from staying again! The only other thing worth mentioning was that the cleaning ladies showed up at 8:55am and check out wasn't until 10am.

Loved the facility it’s self but was disappointed

I absolutely love the facility. We stay there (emerald beach resort) every year sometimes twice a year however I was disappointed with the service received by whoever was in charge The washing machine and or dryer left marks on several of clothing and even tour some clothing did happen randomly when I notified somebody nobody would call me back Only text message, which I thought Odd instead of having someone come and try to fix the problem they said they had a warranty with Lowe’s and they would be out to fix it. However, the washing machine and dryer both looked really old maybe like a 2010 model with rust in it. Also the living room remote didn’t work as well as the bedroom was logged out of the tv so both tvs were useless we didn’t even notice til the last day since the kids had iPads other than how they handled the dryer and the TV remotes, I loved everything else. The condo itself is our favorite place to stay with the two pools. And beautiful views of the ocean.

Wonderful Condo!

My family and I enjoyed this unit, it had plenty of room for 3 adults 2 kids and a baby. Condo was clean, beds were comfortable, and we had pretty much everything we needed. Would definantly stay here again!

Great location! Beautiful beach!

It was nice and perfect for our family of 6. Only complaint I have is facility generated: I have 4 girls under 10 and it was EXTREMELY long going to and from the parking garage. The parking garage was always packed, and the elevator wait was 10-15 minutes at times. It took 30 minutes to get us TO and FROM our condo from just the parking garage. In order to get to our car, we had to often get on 3 separate elevators. Parking is definitely not toddler/infant friendly; especially with a stroller because you often have to take multiple stairs on top of elevators. For these reasons, i will not come back until my family gets older. Besides the parking/elevators, we loved our condo and the beach. Loved the cleanliness of the resort.

Great place!

Loved this unit! Perfect condo that has everything you need. It’s lovely to sit on the balcony with the view and sound of the waves. The covered parking deck and Starbucks are a great bonus.

Family getaway

Perfect condo on the beach for my family of 6. The condo was very spacious and is the perfect size for large families. The view was breathtaking. The location is great and the building offers lots of activities. There’s also a Starbucks on site! My kids loved the game area and the pools! The property manager was very responsive and attentive to our needs. Could not be more pleased

The best part of this property was the location and amenities. It is nestled between 3 beachside restaurants Sharky’s, Runaway Island, and senor frogs. Also pizza, Mexican, and ice cream are all within very short walking distance. It was very family friendly. There is a pool, tiki bar, sky bar, Starbucks, and surf shop all at resort. You can easily go here and not have to drive anywhere. We will go back but with some understanding of the downsides. Condo room: When we arrived, the garage code that was sent to us was incorrect and did not work. Also our code to get in our condo was incorrect. This was stressful. But I was able to reach the rental manager for both codes. The condo itself was spacious but furnishings were very run down. Surprisingly the bed was pretty comfortable. The TV in the bedroom did not have local channels. Property: The elevators did not consistently work right. We waited one time for 20 minutes for an elevator. And since one of the escalators was also broken, to go from our condo to the parking garage, we had to ride 3 different elevators. When the elevators didn’t work right it was a time suck for sure. The property had a lot of unpleasant smells and was more run down than we expected since being built in 2007. I did not want to drink at the sky bar or get food from the facility because the smell was pretty bad. And they try to cover it up with air fresheners that all smell different. It was a lot.

Great unit and location… the resort is slacking!

We loved our unit. It is basic and has everything you will need. The owner of the property was fantastic to work with and I’ve never had a better experience with communication on a vacation! We also love the location of the resort itself. Close to pier park and you can walk to a few attractions and restaurants. We recommend Runaway Island right next to the resort! Parking was never an issue either. However, Emerald Resort is slacking. We’ve stayed here many times and this was the first time we felt the resort itself was not clean. The mats walking from the elevators out to the beach/pool are mildewed and soured. We all had to hold our noses every time. There were cigarette buds and trash in all of the planters in the elevator breezeways and trash and old cat food plates/ containers right when you walked out of the doors to go to the pool. These stayed there all week, you can imagine the look and smell! Overall, the condo is nice and is exactly as listed, but Emerald needs some cleaning!
