Fabulous property & location

We absolutely loved this condo & the building. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The elevators were very quick and the beach was easy to access. We really like that the smaller building size meant less crowds on the beach. My only suggestion is to add some curtains (possibly blackout) to the bedroom. The sun came in nicely but wasn’t good for sleeping in! Would definitely stay here again!

Pros: the unit looked like the online pictures of the unit the location was good check-in was easy Cons: type of unit was not aligned with the type of unit maintenance needs needed to be addressed lots of dust under the bed unknown liquid left in plastic bottle on the bunk bed pictures of problems with unit were submitted to property management but problems were not fixed

Great experience, I would suggest, pool open till 11 so kids have something to do. Bar and grill it would have been nice to have it open during our stay!! A ramp for walk to the beach, and shop/boutique needs to be open!! We will b staying there again!!

The grill was dirty and hadn’t been clean so we never used it. Vacasa left our building without letting us know how to get ahold of them. Other than that it was a nice place but to expensive.

Recommend!

We stayed at this condo on Thanksgiving week. Everything was just as we expected. Condo was clean and everything needed was there. Booking and check in process was easy and straightforward. Just pay $43 per room for parking and wrist tags and you good to go. The weather wasn't the best but heated pool and hot tub totally made up for it. Balcony view is amazing. Every sunset we spend with glass of wine enjoying the ocean. Location is the best. You are walking distance from pier, tons of stores and attractions. I highly recommend this condo. You won't be disappointed!

Not worth the money

Room was clean , but no blankets or anything for the pull out couch. Elevator was broken, so there was only one for the entire condo which resulted in VERY long waits & 16 flights of stairs was way too much to tackle with kids. Unfortunately there is a massive drain for a pond across the street that is directly in front of the condo leading to the ocean that was disgusting and reeked of sewage so we had to walk down the beach some to get away from the smell to enjoy the beach . Beds were comfy , minus the lack of linens … shower was nice.

Exactly what was needed!!

The property was absolutely as described and we loved every bit of it. From the ocean view off the back balcony to the main strip view off the front balcony! We will definitely be back to this exactly location. Comfortable King sized bed! Extra beds along the wall and a sofa bed! We had enough sleeping space for us four sisters. They checked on us every single day to see if we needed anything or were we alright! We give you all 5 stars. Only thing I did not like about the stay is the out dated furniture in the living room. And the dryer didn’t heat properly(BOTH EASY FIXES) . Other than that, great job you all!!! Thanks for the lovely stay during this pandemic!!! Thank you all for everything!
