This Beach Front Condo is on the 1st floor in Tower III, overlooking the white sandy beaches of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico! It has the best views of the shoreline while you enjoy drinking coffee on your balcony or having an evening drink watching the beautiful sunset and listening to the sounds of the ocean. This condo is perfect for a couple's getaway or for a family of 4.

This condo has been completely updated with new flooring, doors, furniture. We hope you will like it as much as we do.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, the new range has an air fryer built in the stove, granite countertops and all you need for cooking. While you're enjoying the beautiful views from the couch, it also turns into a sofa sleeper. There is an entertainment center with a flat screen TV in the living room with Direct TV. You can stream your favorite channels and use free Wi-Fi throughout your stay. You can enjoy a good night's rest on a new King size memory foam mattress after a long day at the beach in the master bedroom. Bathroom has a walk-in shower with a seat. In-unit washer/dryer so you don't have to over pack those bags. We provide you with the necessities to get you started. Linens and towels are provided but Beach towels are not. We ask that you do not take towels to the pool or beach.

There must be an Adult age 25 yrs. or older staying in the condo at all times. No smoking or parties aloud. No Pet's Aloud these rules are fully Enforced.

Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort is the only full-service resorts in Panama City Beach, offering a wide range of amenities. This gated property is on 138 acres with controlled entrance and 24-hour security. This resort contains 11 swimming pools including the resorts famous lagoon pool with cascading waterfalls, 10 seasonally heated pools throughout the resort, 4 hot tubs, restaurant service, beach service, cabana/VIP chair service, kids splash pad, water sports/activities, Edgie's Market, Starbucks, ice-cream parlor, poolside Tiki Bar, surf and sundries shop, fitness center, Tram service, 9-hole golf course, tennis, basketball, pickleball, shuffleboard courts.
Please note that there is a fee to use the gym, golf and tennis courts paid directly to the resort at the Club House by the Convention center across the street on the Villa side.

Panama City Beach has some much to offer off the resort. You can head across the street to Rock-It Lane bowling, skating, Axle Throwing, several great restaurants to eat just in walking distance. Head to Pier Park and enjoy some great food, live music, shopping or go fishing off the Pier. Take a ride on the Sky Wheel and see the amazing views of PCB. The whole family would enjoy Ripley's Believe It or Not, Wonderworks, or Gulf World. Take a tour on the Sea Screamer to see the dolphins. Enjoy a day at St. Andrews State Park and Shell Island. At night there are lots of putt-putt, go-kart riding and arcade locations. Panama City Beach is made for making memories last a lifetime!

Great place and view
The place was great! The view of the ocean was amazing. Amy and Barry were great hosts. As this was my wife and I first time in Panama City Beach, they offered several places to visit/eat. The shrimp was delicious. Thanks for the memories.

This condo is on the first floor. There was no reason to ever wait on elevators. You can walk down one flight of stairs and go straight out to the pool. Really nice condo the pictures on the website are accurate.

My husband and I stayed the week as official empty nesters. The location is incredible and the property was gorgeous. Each room was beautifully decorated and the bed was luxurious! The room is very convenient to the stairs and elevator. We would definitely stay again.

The condo was very nice. The view was great. 1st floor view of the pool and beach. The only complaint and no fault of the owners, it’s right by the trash chute which was always full and they empty them very early in the morning and you can hear it, the bedroom is right there. Amazing Place - I HIGHLY Recommend
We've been coming to Panama City for more than a decade and this was one of (if not thee) favorite places we've stayed. The location is perfect being the first floor, right next to the stairs and elevator. No dealing with endless elevator drama, like we've run into at so many other places. The pool was warm and hot tubs were great. The bed was SUPER comfortable. The internet was fast. The TV was great. The only thing I could recommend if you plan to stay here is bring some paper plates with you because there were only 4 plates. I highly recommend this unit.

It was great property, the bed was extremely comfortable, roomy condo perfect view of the pool. I wish it had a couple of extra blankets and pillows. There was a bad moldy smell under the sink and the owners came quick to fix it. Would stay there again!

Anniversary trip
We enjoyed every second of our stay at Edgewater. Very clean inside and out. Our unit had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. It's close enough to walk to really good restaurants but not too busy with alot of people. Already thinking about next year and maybe bringing family with us.
