While the property management company provides an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.
No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.

Not bad. And close to pier.
The condo was good, beds comfortable. Very well quiped with all you need. But, Lots of trouble with the elevator and floors were very dirty. Needed to wear shoes in the room all the time. And especially on the balcony.

Wonderful condo unit, bad elevator.
This property was amazing, but the wait for the elevator was terrible. We almost missed our flight as the wait for the elevator was 45 minutes and the family ahead of us waited an hour. My suggestion to the property manager is to stagger check in and out times per the floors so that the bulk of people aren’t using the elevator at the same hour.

It was good..
It was good, but the microwave wasn’t hot enough no matter what we done and the oven barely worked .. it was as clean as I would have liked.. there was sand in the floor when we arrived. Also, the beds and couch was extremely outdated and uncomfortable. Overall it was a great spot.. just needs better cleaned and updated.

ROOM WAS GREAT AND CLEAN-STERLING REEF PROPERTY ITSELF NOT GREAT
We will never stay at Sterling Reef again and I hate to say that because we loved room 805! Our issue with the property is that there are signs EVERYWHERE on property stating "Security Cameras in Use" when in fact they DO NOT WORK! We stayed during Jeep Jam and left our jeeps wide open with no doors always parking near cameras that we thought were working! A note left in the room at check in stating the cameras do not work, would have been nice. PARKING. I understand there are no designated parking spots HOWEVER.. construction was going on and they had alot of the spots barricaded lessining the parking spots avaliable to park in. There are signs and warnings around about having your parking passes visible from your vehicle or you will be towed, the property and security guard DO NOT ENFORCE that rule at all. We came back to the condo one night with no where to park except in the basement area. There were numerous cars parked without a visible parking pass that had the orange warning sticker on them, but nothing was ever done, and at times it was the same cars everyday! If the property is going to display all of these rules and warnings, they need to enforce them!
