Place felt dirty,needs deep cleaned.Couch and chairs needs replaced.I Washers knob was gone was hard to turn on. The pictures of the place looked it had been updated recent but everything was so old .The good thing about this place was when we called about a problem it was handled.I am glad we got a good rate.All things considered we had a good stay.

Nice location but needs some updating
It’s a nice place. Needs some updates, but not anything to hinder the stay. Would suggest new recliners and washer. Sink clogged in guest bathroom and could use a little dusting in areas, but not horrible. This was our second time to stay in this condo, I’m not trying to be picky, just some suggestions to help future stays!

Great Christmas
We had a great stay here Christmas week. The view of the ocean was breathtaking, we really enjoyed watching for skates or other various fish. The pelicans diving was the highlight for our son! The unit was clean and exactly as pictured. The staff was so friendly, the pool was great, I mean with a high of 50-60 you can’t swim much, but the heated pool was nice and warm and we had a great time swimming. We loved everything about it and will definitely be planning on returning.

I've been staying at the Calypso for over 10 years and this is the worst condo I've stayed in. It was clean but it needs a lot of attention. The living room furniture is worn out, the refrigerator has weird streaks on it. The shower has black stains that looks like mold and the shower curtain was soured. The dining room table was discolored. The balcony furniture was awful and someone painted something on the concrete. Some of the cabinets need paint. It needs a lot of work. I even have pictures

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The listing was accurate for what was included. The property does need a deep cleaning but it wasn’t anything that we couldn’t deal with. My teens enjoyed being close to everything. The recliners are comfortable but have worn spots in them. We had a great fall break here.

Will def stay at Calypso again. Maybe a different condo though. Spare bathroom shower curtain and shower wall had something looking like mold on it. They were quick to respond sent someone with a new shower curtain and sprayed the wall down. Was told the black stuff wasn’t mold just wear in the tile. Balcony floor needs a scrubbing. It was nasty. Cabinets are peeling and could use a refresh. Washer and dryer knobs are broken so I have to know how to use them. The dryer takes a minimum of 2 times to dry your clothes. Overall nothing unbearable just minor inconveniences

Overall, the property provided exactly what we were looking for in a family getaway to PCB. The check-in provided process was not ideal and the elevator wait times were longer than ideal. The location is superb and the beach is pristine.

Overall a decent place for the price. The beds were comfy and the place was clean but it needs some updates. The bathrooms definitely need some work. The kitchen needs some new pots and pans as well as other essentials. The location is great! And having the beach chairs is a plus. The listing states early check in which we did not get so that the was misleading as we planned our arrival based on that. That

Good but opportunities
2nd Master comforter needs replaced, closet door off the track,drawers fall out when opened, knob missing on washer,kitchen needs non stick pans, no bowls with lids, fridge and dishwasher surface discolor, 1 drawer in fridge is broken, replace furniture recliner’s torn on arms, need comfy outdoor chairs and table, master bedroom shower needs regrouted. Getting luggage to room can be stressful. Did not report because we wanted to enjoy our stay without disruption and nothing critical. Great views, convenient to elevator, secure parking and near Walmart. We enjoyed our stay.

GREAT LOCATION! CLEAN!!!!!
The Calypso is our favorite! We had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean and roomy! The kitchen needed to be stocked a little better - we had to buy oven mitts, dust pan and broom. We enjoyed having 2 sets of beach chairs included. We never waited for an elevator. The location is awesome. We would definately revisit.

Great week!
Enjoyed a great week in Panama City Beach. The condo was incredible, very homey very clean and the balcony and the views are worth everything. Close to Pier Park and was able to walk to the pier itself from the back of the property on the beach. Just a great stay. I will return with this owner.

We loved this condo! It was clean upon arrival. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of kitchenware for cooking meals in the condo. We enjoyed having the two sets of chairs. The beach service attendants were helpful and courteous! Will definitely rent here again and can’t wait for our next visit!

Over paid
Very, very dusty. The response to my complaint was wiping off a dresser and vacuuming vents is deep cleaning. Kitchen counters and refrigerator shelves had dried food, refrigerator water and ice dispenser was moldy (we cleaned it), hall bathroom tub wouldn’t drain to the point not able to use, hair dryer did not work, mold in master bath shower. At first, I received emailed replies, but when I emailed that the clothes dryer didn’t work on the first full day of stay, I never received another reply…nothing. Thankfully the dryer worked when I tried it again, but never heard back. Even after they said they’d send maintenance to look at the leaky bathroom sink. The kitchen was stocked with good stainless pots but there were no nonstick pans and the blender didn’t work well. They had 2 dish washer pods but no starter dish soap. No extra blankets for beds. On a positive note, the beds we’re comfortable and it’s a great location. They also had enough towels and wash cloths …but I did say there’s be 5 staying and we ended up with only 3.

Great for a family
Spacious apartment with comfy furniture. Very nice and large walk-in closet in the master bedroom. Comfy beds (pillows not so much). All you need for cooking. Cons: Washer, dryer, dishwasher are pretty outdated but still work; lots of random stuff in the laundry room closet; very dirty floors upon entry (dirt and sand); clogged up sinks in both bathrooms
