Excellent!

The condo was amazing!!! Perfect location and the renovations are stunning! The only downside was no dresser/drawer storage in bunk bedroom or up in the loft. Closet not big enough to hang clothes or unpack for a week for 4 people. Loft has no closet so a dresser would be nice to store clothes.

We had this best time on our spring break trip. The resort is wonderful. The condo was really nice and comfortable. We had plenty of room and it was stocked with everything we needed. Great views and convenient location. The condo was clean and good communication.

Great place

The property is great, it sits right on the beach and the rooftop patio has a beautiful view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. The condo was cozy, clean, had what was needed to get our weekend started. You dont have to travel far for entertainment if you bring children either, there is a bowling alley and skating rink across the roadand mini golf down the road., then there was the beach.

Unit was very clean and spacious. The unique loft seemed to be everyone’s favorite as we all fought over who would get to sleep there. The private penthouse deck / roof area was so beautiful when you wanted to watch the sunrise or sunset. The security gate at Edgewater makes everyone feel safe and secure. Beautiful pool areas which are kept extremely clean and kid friendly.

Holiday stay

Property was just as described. Beautiful views. Stayed over July 4th and had great view of fireworks. Older teens loved that the location was within walking distance of shops and food places. Plenty of parking. Never waited long for the elevator. Issue with cleanliness at check-in but host was very responsive and it was immediately addressed. Fantastic condo and over all great experience. Comfy beds and plenty of space for the entire family.

Perfect for a large Family

I have 4 teens and this property was perfect for us. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The view was stunning! I loved waking up every moring looking at the beauiful ocean. I would book this property again.

Perfect Location to get to everywhere.

The location receives an A+ rating, situated at the crossroads of two major roads. Accessible via elevator on the 12th floor, the super clean condo features two spacious bedrooms and several pull-out couches. Despite the expected cooler weather during our stay, the expansive second-floor deck overlooking the beach was impressive. The beach is accessible with multiple private key code entrances. The area boasts numerous hot tubs and pools; however, our tower's main pool heater malfunctioned during our visit. Nonetheless, we made good use of the hot tubs. The beachfront property is conveniently close to various restaurants, and we discovered that Publix offered the best deal on crabs, even steaming them for free and providing spices on the side. The accommodation is well-equipped with a full ensemble of plates, pots, pans, and coffee/Keurig makers. Nevertheless, we noticed the absence of basic items like salt, pepper, oil, and condiments. Although not unusual, having at least salt and pepper shakers would have been appreciated. We purchased these essentials in smaller quantities at the nearby Publix. Additionally, we found no extra toilet paper or large trash bags in the unit. Fortunately, an onsite store had these items available for purchase. It seems like this might have been an oversight by the cleaning crew. The main trash bin also has no lid, so you'll have to clear it out frequently via a cool 12th story trash chute if you have oderous foods.

GREAT STAY PERFECT FOR A FAMILY GET A WAY

We had a great time in this resort and unit. Close to the beach, pool, easy to navigate and get around. Friendly guests and other families. Had everything we needed to be comfortable and to prepare meals for the kids. Comfortable furniture and the views were just amazing from the balcony and rooftop. Very nice place and we wanted to stay longer!
