Stains all over the furniture, sliding doors didn't shut all the way, had to hear the wind all night, beds were lumpy, entry door didn't shut tight, could see daylight from it,stains all over the carpet, dishwasher leaked, toilet paper holders in bathroom broke, VERY outdated furniture throughout the condo, was very disappointed in this

Elevator's door closed on us. Carpet in condo was stained and coming apart..tv in 2 rooms didnt work. Chair in master bed room was broken. Ice said need new filter. Loved the pools

We had the best time ever even though we couldn’t hardly get in the ocean. The unit could definitely use a new cleaning crew because it was dirty!! The beds actually slept decent. The unit is spacious and had lots of room for a large family. We would rent there again! Thanks!

It was okay

This property had been given mixed reviews so I didn’t know what to expect. The place was spacious enough for our group of 9. The quality of the furnishings is mediocre. Beds are firm. The kitchen could have been better stocked. All of the kitchen knives were dull or broken and there were no baking sheets or pizza pan to speak of. New living room flooring and fresh paint would go a long way to freshening up the place. Again, not terrible but definitely room for improvement.

Spring break family get away

We had an amazing time. The unit was a fantastic size and to be honest there are 2 closets that you could put twin air mattresses in for additional sleeping if someone didn’t want to be out on the pullout couch. There were enough kitchen supplies for our needs. The outside pools are heated. Had entertainment at the sky bar. Fantastic time had by all.

Very spacious

Very spacious and great location! Little dated but will stay again! Clean, well stocked, great check in service and the location was fantastic for us. Only thing and, and I am sure it couldn't be helped was the garage maintenence and having to either park outside or in the far garage. People would block the front entrance a lot loading and unloading, but that can't be helped. Plenty of luggage carts. Great stay!

Ok for a basic condo

This condo had all the basics. However, some furniture is worn. The chair cushion in living room has springs busted an they poke ya when sitting in it. All the beds are hard, lumpy and some have springs you can see. Kitchens utensils are limited for a large family. However it was nice to have plenty of coffee cups. There is a gap in front door and door to balcony in living room. The wind was really strong while we were there. You could hear howling where it blew through the gaps when you closed them all the way. We ended up cracking the door open to not hear it. Most condos we stay at have some beach items to use. This had none. I know that is not a requirement but it is appreciated when ya travel with little ones. We always leave any extras behind when we stay at condos. Helps the next people that come in. However there was a note that states, anything left behind is tossed. We also found out if 3 people take baths, the fourth person doesn’t get much hot water. They were working on the units upstairs so we were unable to do laundry the entire stay. I had to call and complain the last night there in order to get to use it after 5:00. Which meant most of the last night there, we were doing laundry. Its an ok condo and does the basic needs. We prob will try to find another next trip.

We really enjoyed our stay Emerald Beach Resort. The condo was all we needed, lots of room for our large family. This unit does need a little touch ups like new carpet and living room furniture but it was ok. Need new shower curtains and master bathroom has cracked toilet seat we called about but was not fixed when we left. Pinched three of our rears . We were pleased with pricing and call facility is awesome. Will definitely stay at Emerald Cove resort again.

Condo is as shown in picture. Owner always responded to my question. My only complaint is lack of working elevators. The tower outside of unit had two down the whole time and other two were spotty. One Lobby elevator was down also. This is not on the owners of these units and maintenance worked hard to keep the two working elevator’s running. Loved location and what the property had to offer. This rental provides 2 beach chairs. Don’t waste your money on extras!!! Go to gift shop and purchase an umbrella and put it closer to water!

Overall the experience was enjoyable. The condo does need some attention. Had to clean a bit when we arrived. The dishwasher was broken and held together by duct tape. Patio furniture was broken and the patio door would not completely close the entire time so with the extra windy week there was a constant whistle coming from the door. Knives were broken and the pots/pans really need to be replaced. The entire condo could definitely use a coat of paint and the living room furniture needs updated. The screen doors on the living room balcony were completely broken. The complex sent a couple workers up to attend most of the issues we found even though we were really just making them aware of the damages as to not be charged for them ourselves. For the cost and the location my family made it work but the owner need to be made aware of the state their condo is in.

Nice stay!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The condo had plenty of room for our 6 adults & 3 kids. The location is great. Never a wait for an elevator or parking spots. The only thing I think this condo could use would be some updated living room furniture.

A group of us stayed here for spring break and the best part about this place is how close it is to the beach. The view is absolutely incredible! The only problems that we had were that we had to wash the sheets to some bedrooms because they didn’t seem to be washed prior. The condos were absolutely great location wise though and we didn’t run out of things to do even at the condo! I recommend staying there and I would stay there again!

Needs repairs and good cleaning

We loved the location but the room was dirty, box springs were upside down on one side of bed, sliding doors in living room were coming apart, chair in kitchen was broke, chair in living room was broke and whole Condo needs painted. I realize all these things are costly. Overall, we had a great vacation, I just wanted the owner to be aware of the issues before they get worse and maybe talk to house keeping about doing a better job. I think some people that have stayed have been careless. It is a great location and we had plenty of room. Washer and dryer work great and we would have swept & mopped but those are broke as well. A little bit of TLC and this place could get a 5 star review. Have a great day!

The overall location and set up of the property was awesome! However, we had an issue with some type of leak. We had 12 people in the condo, 6 of which are very young children, they brought up 6 different machines to “dry” this area out that were extremely loud, in the way of family dining, and kept blowing the main breaker. They also had multiple people entering and leaving our room that we knew nothing about. It was an awful experience. The only response we got when telling them about this was “well leave the machines where we stuck them and don’t touch it.” Needless to say we will not be booking back through this company again.

Family vacation memories

We had a great time at ECB. The unit is close to the elevator and large enough for our group of 11. Plenty to do for the big kids and littles at the resort or close by. We loved having morning coffee on the balcony and sipping wine at sunset. Beautiful views from the 20th floor. Room was missing an inside latch on the front door that would have made us feel more safe at night and could have used some mattress toppers as the beds were very firm. Overall, it was a great stay and we will definitely come again.
