Beachfront #108 is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Full Bath beachfront Luxury Condo at Grand Panama Beach Resort. The kitchen is well equipped and has stainless steel appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, Instapot, Air-fryers, quality dishes, glasses, and small appliances to make you feel at home.

Grand Panama Beach Resort is one of the newest and most luxurious resorts in Panama City Beach. Upon arrival at Grand Panama, you will notice the quality and special touches that this fantastic property has to offer. Each Condo has a washer/dryer in the unit. Upon arrival at Grand Panama, you will notice the quality and special touches that this fantastic property has to offer. Our Condo 1-108 has a gated patio exclusive to your unit. This is a fully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit, and offers free WiFi access. If this particular unit is reserved, please contact me anyway, because we do currently have other units available with the same gated patios and amenities. You will enjoy this upscale resort and all its amenities. The beach is beautiful, and the property is stunning with fantastic tropical landscaping. The fishing Pier is located within walking distance, as well as the Waterpark, Shopping, and Wine/Spirit Store. We have Large Screen TV's in all bedrooms and a SMART TV in the living room. You can stay home and cook in the fully furnished kitchen if you desire or check out one of the many restaurants or eateries nearby or on the property.

As a luxury beach resort, we have designed our policies to ensure that we consistently meet our guests’ expectations.

Age Restriction
To reserve a room at Grand Panama Beach Resort, our policy requires guests to be at least 23 years of age. Individual situations, however, will be addressed by request.
Check-in Check-out
Guest access keypad code is given after booking. Checkout time is 10:00 a.m. We do offer Early 1 pm Check-in for an additional $60 fee. Text me to schedule. These are granted based upon availability. A $150 fee per room per hour will be charged for all departures after 10:00 a.m. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.

Hurricane Policy
Grand Panama Beach Resort will provide a full refund to guests if a mandatory evacuation for the Panama City Beach area is ordered by the Bay County Emergency Operations Center.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q. As a rental resort, does Grand Panama Beach Resort provide sheets, towels, pillows, and other linens, or do we need to bring our own?
A. We provide a full set of sheets, pillows, and blankets for each bed, as well as linens for the sleeper sofa. Your unit will also have enough bath towels to accommodate the maximum number of guests per room type, along with hand and dish towels for the kitchen. BEACH TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED, SO PLEASE BRING THEM!

Q. If we are renting just for the weekend, can we use the dishes and cooking supplies?
A. Whether you are renting for one night or an entire season, Grand Panama Beach Resort offers all our guests the same room and property amenities. We encourage you to make use of everything!

Q. What is the age requirement to rent a unit at the Grand Panama Beach Resort?
A. At least one person in your group must be 23 or older.

Q. If we check out early, will we receive a credit or refund?
A. Once you have checked in, you will not receive a credit or refund for any unused portion of your Panama City Beach vacation.

Q. Do you offer airport pick-up?
A. Airport transportation is available from Sunshine Shuttle.

Q. Do you offer a daily maid service?
A. While daily maid service can be ordered, it is not part of our ordinary service. Instead, guests are provided with towels and linens that should accommodate their stay. Each unit also has a washer/dryer, which can be used for personal items as well as towels and linens.

Perfect condo and great location!
I rarely do reviews, but this deserves it. Lynn was very communicative, and it was obvious from the minute we walked in that she cares about her guests. The ground floor location of the unit was exactly what we needed. So convenient for the beach and the pool. The unit was clean, well-appointed, and more room that we needed. The Grand Panama is also in a great location in PCB, right between Pier Park and the older eastern side of the beach. It's obviously a family-friendly resort and we had zero issues with rowdy teenage/college spring breakers. We felt very safe and found everyone to be friendly. I will definitely stay here again, but only if I can be in this unit! Thank you for a great week, Lynn!

This was our first time staying at Grand Panama. When we arrived at the condo, we noticed right away how clean, comfortable and well-furnished it was. The owners/hosts were very easy to get in touch with if we had questions. We had everything we needed like being at home. In fact it WAS like being at home....just with a beach view!!! The price was fair. While at the property we felt very safe and secure. The TV choices were great too. WE WILL STAY WITH THIS HOST AGAIN AND AGAIN!

Great unit!
We come to Grand Panama every year around Thanksgiving for my birthday and this is has to be one of my favorite little spots. We normally stay high up to enjoy the view but being on the ground level and able to walk right out to the hot tub was so nice. This unit has everything you need from a crock pot, instapot, nice big fridge, comfy beds, and more. We received a call the day we arrived letting us know our unit was ready and the owner provided her contact info in case we needed anything. The unit even came equipped with the most adorable little bed for our fur baby. She took right up to it and loved it so much that we even contacted the owner and were able to purchase one to bring home for her to use. we learned that this owner has several units at this location and our stay was so wonderful that we would return to any of her other units in the future as well. The location is super convenient to pretty much anything on the beach. Overall we give this place five stars and would love to return again. What you see in her pictures and description of the unit is exactly what you get.

First floor condo.
Nice condo. The piol was closed for two days, which i thought was poor. If needed parts or pool shock, should have been kept in stock. Very well decorated condo. I would suggest an electric reclining couch and chair for the elderly like us. The couch is uncomfortable to sit on. Balcony was nice, but balcony and walkway could have used a good power washing. But otherwise, a great condo. But again, it is such a busy place, i am uncertain how they keep it up. We enjoyed our week with the family.

This unit has a patio that is a 20 second walk to the pool, the tiki bar, and a 1 minute walk to the beach. This cannot be oversold - it’s a massive benefit. Property well maintained for its age and the unit is immaculate. Great location in Panama Beach - half mile walk to Edgewater shopping. Garage was initially intimidating because it was packed when we got there for check in on Saturday - snagged the last spot. Rest of the week there were no issues coming or going. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well appointed, and property rules enforced appropriately (e.g., not super lax but also not overzealous). Would stay there again, no hesitation.

We had an amazing family vacation. The condo was located in the perfect spot. Back gate access to the tiki food/drink hut, short path to the beach, and the pool! We sat on the back patio and listened to live music 3 nights of our stay. We will definitely be staying here again.

Such a relaxing and fun get away for both our toddler and parents.
This condo was nothing less than perfect for us. Staying on the first floor was very helpful for our impatient toddler when she was ready to get to the pool and beach as they were just steps away, however guarded by locked gates for safety. Also, my parents brought their Yorkie and this was super convenient as they could just walk over to the potty area with ease. We will most definitely be staying here again and look forward to when we do. Thank you for all your guidance and assistance, Lynn! Until next time!

Oasis in PCB
My husband and I along with our two adult children stayed in this beautiful and spacious condo for our vacation in PCB. Our son is handicapped and in a wheelchair full time. There was plenty of room for him to move around especially with the amazing balcony off of the living room area. He did require some assistance getting in and out of the shower as there are no handicap bars but we made it work and the shower had a built in seat and handheld shower head. The condo is absolutely beautiful and nicely decorated. Although we did not do any cooking because there are so many great restaurants in PCB, the kitchen had anything we could have needed. The beds were very comfortable and so were the couches. It was very easy to access the beach across the street with our son by way of the walk over on parking level 5. There were easy to reach bathrooms and a place to rent beach chairs and umbrellas. I would recommend this wonderful condo to any group that would like to feel a little spoiled on their vacation (there are three balconies to choose from and the biggest is like a small oasis) and be in close proximity to anything in PCB they might want to do! Thank you Lynn for a wonderful experience! *Side note: We rented a beach wheelchair from Beach Powered Mobility and they delivered it and picked it up right at the condo. If you have a handicapped member visiting they’re great to work with!
