When it's time to relax and get away from it all, Ocean Reef #2001 is your vacation destination! This penthouse, four-bedroom, 3-bathroom, beach rental has approximately 1600 square feet and has an amazing end-unit private balcony with miles of coastal views (as far as the eye can see). The living room and master bedroom both adjoin the oversized 280 sq. ft. balcony with room for everyone! Relax and nap to the sound of the waves or layout in the sun on your private balcony.

Our condo includes not one but TWO sets of FREE beach chairs and umbrellas. Enjoy 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas each day of your stay. What a value that saves you money! The beach chair service is provided seasonally from March to October 31st.

This luxurious, decorated condo has stainless appliances, elegant furnishings, and beautiful tiled floors to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The master bedroom is beachfront with access to the patio and features a king-sized bed and a private bathroom. This bedroom features a flat-screen TV and lighting and ceiling fan. The second master suite also has a king-sized bed, private bathroom, flat-screen TV, lighting, and ceiling fan. The third guest room has a queen-sized bed and flat-screen TV. This bedroom adjoins a Jack-and-Jill bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination. The fourth is bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed system that includes a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin on the top. This room also has a small flat-screen television.

Ocean Reef, built-in 2008, is in a great location and close to everything. It is located on the west end of Panama City Beach and is only 1 mile from the new Pier Park mall: 150 stores, 20 restaurants, and a 16 megaplex movie theater. Across the street are miniature golf and go-cart tracks. Gulf World is just a short distance down the road along with many other entertainment and dining choices. The newest beach-front restaurant, Runaway Island, is a 5-minute walk away! The souvenir shop is also directly across the street.

We enjoyed our stay and the weather was almost perfect.
We will consider staying at Ocean Reef again. One problem we did have was getting stuck on the elevator with 10 us in it. The emergency phone did NOT work. Thankfully a cellphone did, we called 911 and the fire department was there in a timely manner. I was estimate we were stuck for 20-30 minutes (which seemed longer).

The room was super nice and the view is even better. The parking is awful. 1 car in the parking garage and it is super tight! The other is across the street. Not convenient. I would almost look for something with better parking. Nothing against the room it was great.

The location was great for my family of six. We all had room to spread out. We were disappointed the beach chair company didn’t have supplies for all chairs, so you had to reserve the chairs early in the morning, and if others had reserved for the whole week, no go. We ended up getting the chairs one day. Apparently the chair company doesn’t have all supplies distributed early in the season. The house was supplied with plenty of cookware. It was great being so close to the trash chute. While I don’t expect great pillows, I did expect more than a pancake pillow, which was what was on most beds. They were so flat, we purchased our own pillows. We all enjoyed the condo and our stay.

Stayed this week through Hurricane Sally and still had a couple of good beach days. Great condo and it’s nicer than the photos with updated paint in the kitchen and new sofa and loveseat. Only issues were parking with only one reserved space so others parked in the overflow area across the street and there’s no pantry in the kitchen so no storage space available for food and supplies. Fast elevators and this was nice since we were on the 20th floor. We ended up having a great week!

Summer Vacation 2020
Ocean Reef is our favorite condo in PCB, and this unit is added to the list of our favorites. Originally, we planned for more of the family to show up, but COVID skewed those plans. It was a beautiful unit, although it has been updated, so the pictures are not necessarily what it currently looks like. Very clean with little to no sand in the unit when we arrived. Ready when we got there, no issues with the key code. Only complaint is that we were in two vehicles and when the first one left (the one that was parked in the assigned space), the cleaners waltzed in while part of us were still getting ready. They said the parking space was empty was why they came in. Overall, beautiful and well-needed break on the beautiful beach in Panama City!

Awesome condo!
This condo was really great! We had 6 adults and 2 kids and the layout with bunk beds was perfect for that. The high ceilings are great for making the condo feel bigger. We didn’t feel cramped at all. The view is unbeatable! The kitchen had all basic necessities needed to cook, which was helpful! Would definitely recommend this condo and would stay here again myself.

As always, we enjoyed PCB. The condo was great and Riley handled any problems quickly and professionally. The only drawbacks which have been mentioned previously for this complex is the tight parking, but with reasonable care can be negotiated with no problem. This unit is perfect as far as views, etc. The only other things worth mentioning is that the furniture, pots and pans, and some bedding (linens) need to be updated. Would we rent this unit again - absolutely.
