The living room includes a pull-out sofa, area table, and living room rug. The balcony features resin rocking chairs with table and lounge chairs.

For your safety, this condo also includes two handicap/assist bars inside each bathtub enclosure.

-Master suite also has a large sliding glass window for viewing the Gulf of Mexico and sliding door which
opens to the balcony. The private master bathroom has a tub/shower combo (equipped with 2

-The guest room is accommodated with Queen-Size bed with upgraded mattress and linens; Bunk bed for the kids; and bedside
USB charging station; 32-inch wall-mounted, flat screen TV w/DVD player; and ceiling fan. The guest
bathroom has a tub/shower combination equipped with 2 handicap/assist bars.

2303’s balcony is among the largest in the area and is completely private. The balcony is protected
from the winds and is relatively warm all year.

Condo was great
The condo was very clean and had nice updates. We got very prompt service when we had a question about the thermostat and one of the ceiling fans. The parking garage was very tight and not easy to navigate in a bigger SUV. It was very busy in our location and that would have been nice to know ahead of time as we prefer something more quiet. The inclusion of beach chairs and umbrella set up daily was a big plus!

Perfect beach rental!
This place was beautiful, spacious and clean. We had such a great stay. It’s close to restaurants and not far from the shopping at the boardwalk. There was a small issue with the parking spot when we arrived by the owners got back with me quickly and we got the issue resolved with no problems. Amazing property and owners!!

Absolutely amazing
Our stay was an absolutely blast. The property was amazing and the condo was perfect as it was a trip with our daughter and her two friends. They had their own bed room with attached bathroom and so did we so it was a perfect setup. Very short walk to the beach and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. The condo was very clean with all of the amenities imaginable. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Great View, Clean, Great Location
Wonderful view of beach, the condo was very nice and clean. Plenty of space for 4 adults and 1 child. Loved the LARGE balcony and balcony access from master bedroom! Also, since we had two vehicles, we had to park one in the additional parking lot across the street, which was not as inconvenient as we originally thought. We actually quite liked parking in the additional lot instead because the parking garage was VERY tight. Location was great, walking distance to several beachfront restaurants and the mini golf course. The only cons were that the wait time for an elevator took long at times, but we understand that is not the condo owner's fault. Overall, we recommend this condo! We had a wonderful time!

Spectacular stay!!
The entire process was easy and the unit was very clean. The views / sunsets were AMAZING , the beach was not overcrowded and all the amenities provided were well worth it. I spent a little time working, but hearing the waves in the background was worth it. My family and I would like to make it a yearly destination to the same location. A big thank you to the owners and the rental agency for allowing us to have a great family vacation.

Great Condo
My wife and I rented this condo during spring break. It was just as advertised. Very comfortable with new furnishings. The beds were very comfortable as well. Coffee maker was awesome and all appliances were great. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

We had a lovely time. Loved the expansive views from the unit and the balcony access from the master. Would be nice if they provided some coffee for the machine, but still a nice unit well appointed. The bed in the master could use a new mattress, a bit of a dip on the left side.

Great Weekend Getaway
We stayed over Labor Day weekend and had a great time. The beach access was great (chair service was great), the facility was clean and the condo was perfect for my family of 5. Loved the high ceilings and the balcony was huge for a two bedroom.

The cleanest Condo in the last 37 years
I have been going to PCB since 1983 at least twice a year, this condo by far was the cleanest. The thing I liked most is that it is a penthouse and it has very tall ceilings which makes it feel even larger than it is. The deck is huge. perfect for watching the sunsets. I will stay here from now on.

Amazing views and easy access!
Condo was great! Loved the 23rd floor views. Easy beach access and loved the beach service that was included. That made the trip that much better!! Also, condo was super stocked with everything needed and has a lot of beach toys and chairs if additional is needed! Had no issues. Very modern and up to date. Walmart and Target very close by and great restaurants within a couple miles. Would definitely stay again!
