It can also be seen while eating a delicious seafood meal at the dining room table. This spacious condo (1262 sq ft) has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a bunk room, and sleep sofa. Located on the 19th floor of Laketown Wharf. The living area has a 50 inch TV with Comcast cable TV. WIFI is provided free. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a GULF VIEW, balcony access, and a large en suite with garden tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. It has a 32 inch TV. The second bedroom has a king size bed and a 32 inch TV. This beautifully appointed condo is located on the 19th floor of Laketown Wharf which is located across the street from Pineapple Willy's. I would stay again
Even though bathroom sinks drained slow and toilet kept running it was a good stay. The condo was nice and it was clean. I want to let it be known that the best part was our property manager contact JASON, he was incredible. We called him and he called right back and he was able to accommodate our request. He truly was amazing! I'd definitely stay again.

The property itself looked ok, needs lots of updating. The pool is very dirty, water its not clear and i found 2 used bandaids in the water, people that go there are young people so it's very crowed with big/teen kids playing balls every where inside the water. The 2 mattresses in each bedroom were terrible, we slept 6 nights very uncomfortable, mattresses had 2 different levesl, my husband slept in a whole pretty much. Kitchen was not stock and frying pans but this was resolved. No mittens or kitchen towel but they got us a kitchen towel and mittens they said they would bring later but they didn't. Well finally the biggest issue there it's the elevators, everyone complaining about same thing, in every set of elevators one doesn't work so for the many people that goes there it's very hard to wait on elevators because it takes forever. People would go up and down and every time, everyone was squished inside to get in, it was horrible. We were on 19th floor and we had to go down the stairs. To check out was awful, we waited with all our stuff and luggage to go down and it took more than one hour to get down, my in law went first with some stuff, then my husband for a space to go down with our beach carrier, then my daughter, myself and step mom finally went down the stairs with some stuff because when elevator opened it was always full and remember al this happening in a period of over an hour. People coming in and out would complain about the same thing but if you get a lower level use the stairs and should be no problem. Don't count with elevators. THEY DON'T WORK. And front desk are very mean when you complain about that and won't do nothing about it. Heard from someone there that complain because she had someone that just have had surgery and couldn't be using stairs up and down and asked nicely if they could switch for a lower level and they said no, so she said she would leave a bad review and she was told that they would delete it her review. We will never stay there again. Not worth it paying a little less.

Loved the rental it was the perfect size plenty of sleeping space. The only downfall was the elevators which is nothing to do with the owner. Loved having coffee on the balcony every morning and watching the waves.

Wonderful Vacation
Everything was exactly as described in the listing. We are familiar with the property so we already knew how the elevators can be, but that’s not an issue for us. We also were aware of the distance from the parking garage so we came prepared with a wagon. No complaints whatsoever. We had a great vacation and hope to be returning guests soon!

The condo was very clean and perfect for our family of seven! Property manager was a pleasure to work with and always responded quickly. Our only "issue" was the long wait times for the elevators and they were so hot! But overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great vacation!! The Wharf had the best crab legs ever!! We ate there twice. Only issue is the elevators!! Way too few for the number of units in the building. Long, hot, and extremely frustrating waits for an elevator.

Great Family Trip
The view, the pools and the convenient walk to the beach make this place amazing. It is quite a walk to the condo from the elevator. We got lots of use of our stroller with three little kids but overall we had an amazing stay.

Dirty and unsafe and poor communication
I have two small kids and the property is on the 19th floor and the balcony door would not lock and I kept messaging the property manager and he won’t reply. It was so unsafe. And my bath tub was so dirty I had to go buy cleaning supplies to be able to give my kids bath I took pics but it won’t me upload them and also there was a nasty dirty food wrapper in my bedroom floor and someone’s earrings in the little bathroom. I have never been so disappointed in a place especially for the price... I would not recommend this condo or host at all

Great Room, Beautiful Balcony, and a Very Relaxing Trip
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property manager was very attentive in answering any questions we had. The condo was clean, spacious, and well stocked for our short trip. The beds were comfortable and the bunk beds are great for kids. The check-in and check-out processes were very easy. We loved the large balcony; even though the property is across the road from the beach, the balcony is perfectly situated with a beautiful view of the ocean. We would not hesitate to stay here again! Thank you!

Spacious Condo
This condo was beautiful and spacious. The view from the balcony was amazing. Though it’s not on the beach you can see the beach, people swimming , parasailing and much more. You don’t even have to leave the property for good food. Juan Taco was amazing. The best tacos I have ever eaten. Will definitely stay at this location in the future.

Very Nice Condo - Great Views
The condo was perfectly described, roomy, clean, and adequately furnished. We had one small internet issue, but that was resolved immediately. The response times and communication was the best I have seen. The 19th floor was great for ocean and beach views, and beach access was very easy. The pools were great for lounging around and we had a great view for the lighted water show, which we missed every night (lol).
