Another wonderful vacation in your condo. Three bed, three bath, ground floor, huge balcony, quiet. The only negative was the new guard over the thermostat. Most of the time it was fine but the evenings were cold. Would have been nice to be able to control the thermostat.

The Evolve employee that handled my booking was awesome! He was very friendly, informative and made a call to the owner of the property to verify something for me! The condo itself-not so great. The beds in the 2 bedrooms (not master) were very uncomfortable. The occupants of those rooms did not get much sleep. Beds were also very squeaky, every time someone moved.

Perfect location & very clean but needs a little improvement
We love Pinnacle Port & have stayed in the complex many times over the past 20 years. Being next to a state park means that the beach is never overcrowded, which is one of the main draws of the development. This condo is a ground floor unit, which was perfect for our family (especially my 80 year old mother). The condo was exceptionally clean, but we did have several issues which prevented us from rating this five stars: 1) Two of the bedroom TV/cable sets were non-functioning. The den unit was difficult to operate and not user friendly. The cable is internet-based, which I think is the cause of the problems. 2) Pinnacle Port has an open WiFi network, which is HORRIBLE. Don’t expect to watch your Netflix shows or get a little work done while there! 3) All three mattresses are soft, noisy and just plain unsupportive. 4) There are only thin curtains to cover the windows (no blinds), so be prepared to wake with the light of day (or lightning or outside lights). 5) There is only enough den seating for 5 people. Overall, it’s a decent, basic unit and a good deal for the price, but a few minor upgrades could EASILY turn this into a higher renting, more upscale rental. Next time, I’ll pay more to get the upgrades.

LOVE THIS RESORT, GREAT CONDO
We stayed in this particular unit for the first time but it was our 4th time to Pinnacle Port. Loved the condo, VERY clean and roomy, loved the view from the balcony and the location. The Housekeeper Stacie was also our contact for issues, we had problems with the televisions a the server had just changed, Stacie came back on Sunday and worked with the provider to get the TV working; note the new service is terrible and we only had reception on the living room TV the entire week, not the fault of the owner. The lint trap in the dryer is totally broken and was a minor annoyance. Overall the condo was wonderful, very comfortable and just what we wanted. Stacie was a definite plus in customer service, she was available whenever we had a question! Will be back to visit here again in May!!

Beautiful location. Water was crystal clear each day. Condo was clean and well stocked
Mattresses weren't comfortable, seemed very cheap. Middle bedroom could use blinds to shut out the light from the stairwell.

We had a perfect getaway for fall break.
The unit was clean and the beach was easily accessible. We enjoyed being on the ground floor. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and the ocean view is amazing. We lived being in the gated community. Will definitely be coming here again.
