The master suite and living room are on the Gulf and open to the expansive balcony for the ultimate Gulf and coastline views. The master suite features a king bed with a garden tub and separate shower in the master bath. Lovely area to stay in. Room was spacious and location great. Close to some nice restaurants. Checkin was easy, but we were given wrong code to parking garage. When we checked in Nest thermostat wasn’t working. Property manager was easy to get n touch with but when we called to tell her about thermostat she said “I don’t know what to do.” She then said she would get in touch with Baileys first thing in the morning. By 10 a.m. I hadn’t heard anything so I called property manager to ask If she had spoke with Baileys. She said “is it really that hot in there?” I offered to call Baileys myself she told me no she “would try to call them again.” Within a few min she called me to say they were coming. I understand things happen but when I called it seemed like I was bothering her asking for the thermostat to be fixed. Would have been a nice gesture to offer a percentage off since we didn’t have heat/air that first night. Overall had a nice stay.

We had a wonderful trip. The resort complex and the condo unit was very nice and exactly as pictured in app. We like all the Christmas decor and activities available (including Santa and Mrs. Claus in the lobby). The owner was easily accessible and very helpful. We’ve already rebooked for next Christmas.

Very nice condo!
This is a very nice condo! Well maintained and clean. Unfortunately, the people who rented it before us broke multiple things, and failed to tell the owner, but the owner did all she could to get it fixed as quickly as humanly possible once she found out. Yes, it slightly interfered with our stay initially, but it wasn’t her fault, and she kept in communication with me via text until the fixes were taken care of. We would stay here again and we also love the Emerald Beach/Wyndham property. The pool is heated and is so peaceful in the mornings!

Nice clean condo with an amazing view of the beach. There was plenty of room for my family and I, with room to spare, 3 adults and 1 child. No check in at the desk, just use the door code and push the door handle down (all the way down LOL) and you are in. Say Hi to Doug at the ice cream parlor in the lobby beside the sky bar. The sliding glass door was a little hard to open and close but we made due. Wonderful trip, we will defiantly stay again. Thank you to the host Nick.

Disappointing
Communication was very poor. No garage access code and room information. Only received the door code. Asked manger for internet password and how to work the TV in master bedroom via email and VRBO with no response. Unit is dated and beds need to be replaced. The small couch is so worn and all torn up. We found prickly burrows all over the unit which hurt. I would not recommend. Place has potential but needs some work and better management. It was a bummer for our holiday break.

34th wedding anniversary trip
We come to PCB every September to celebrate our anniversary but this is the first time staying here. We thoroughly enjoyed it and all that EMERALD BEACH has to offer. The condo was clean, roomy and had everything we needed. I would only suggest they replace the sofa and loveseat. Everything was absolutely amazing and I will def rent from them again.

We had a great time at this condo. We took full advantage of the kitchen as it had all the necessary utensils, pans, etc to keep three hungry teenage boys satisfied. I especially enjoyed the separate entrance from the master bedroom to the balcony. The unit was clean and updated and a great time. Will definitely be back.

A slice of paradise
We can’t say enough wonderful things about our experience here. It was SO clean, well decorated and beautifully maintained. When traveling I typically bring my own sheets, a rug and blankets. I didn’t need to use any of these things. The view was incredible and so many tasty restaurants are near by. We already tried to book for next year. Hosts couldn’t have been better. Having minimal clutter made life with a 1 year old much less stressful. Thank you for such a wonderful vacation for our young family. We made so many wonderful memories here!

Fantastic!
This condo was even better than listed. There were so many thoughtful touches like travel sized toiletries to flavor additives for waters. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and the view was fantastic. It was a little colder than expected on our trip but the balcony always seemed warm and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.
