Exquisite spacious 923 square feet 26th floor condo has the MASTER BEDROOM AND LIVING ROOM FACING THE GULF. Newly painted and tastefully decorated with new porcelain tiles floor throughout (no carpet floor at all), this 1 BR 2 BA condo sleeps six comfortably.
The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed, 40” flat screen TV, large chest of drawers, two specious night stands, and roomy closet. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open to the extra wide balcony and a spectacular view of the emerald gulf coast. The private Master Bathroom is just a few steps away. Have a breakfast on balcony while watching the sunrise and searching for those playful dolphins!

The LIVING ROOM offers breathtaking views of the Gulf through 10-foot-high glass doors that lead to the balcony. The specious room includes brand new Sleeper Sofa-that folds out to a queen-size bed with extra thick comfy mattress- and comfortable Love-seat, 60” flat screen smart TV. Enjoy morning coffee or evening beverages while watching the gorgeous sunset from your Penthouse balcony!

The open and airy KITCHEN with brand new beautiful granite counter top is equipped with stainless steel refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, garbage disposal. It comes stocked with plates, glasses, mugs, utensils, pots and pans. Also provided are linens, blankets and towels. All the comforts of home.

Located on 26th floor, the views are splendid on both sides. Street noise and loud music are minimized at this height. The unit also is set back from the main hallway (more privacy) but near one of lesser-used elevators.

Elevators are Horrible!!
They have 7 elevators and all but 2 were down all week. Had to wait about 20-30 minutes everytime wanted to go down or out. Total nightmare!! Resort is nice, Room is amazing was exactly as described but will never stay at Tidewater Beach Resort as this is a continual problem

Very nice getaway for a couple or a small family
It was a lovely condo and a great location but the housekeeping was bad. The rug in the living room and the scatter rugs in the bedroom and bathrooms were absolutely filthy. Shoes were always required. The bedspread and the extra blankets in the closet were not washed and had a musty odor. And why no draw pulls in the kitchen. very easy to break a nail. Otherwise, the condo was a nice retreat for couple of days.

The condo was dirtier then expected. The shower curtains and beach chairs had mold on them and there was sand all over the entrance and bathroom floor. The bunk beds were very squeaky. The elevator was fast when no one else was using it but a very long wait during peak times. I was told at check in that each unit got 2 beach chairs to use but that was not true. The beds were comfortable and the view was amazing but unfortunately during our visit the water near the shore was saturated in seaweed.

Our stay here was great...
The location was great, minus the road construction going on. (It didn't effect our stay) THE VIEW IS AMAZING!! The unit was perfect! Had everything we needed to enjoy out trip. The beach chairs were perfect and worked so well! I'd recommend bringing a beach wagon to help transport your items from your vehicle to the room as it's quite a walk to carry stuff. And then down to the beach. Our Host was very nice. We had a few mishaps amd she was easy to get ahold of and helped resolved our issues. She was very understanding and kind. We really couldn't have asked for a better host. Elevator... yes they were a pain most days (mostly during check in and out) most days the resort itself had employees on the Elevator helping to get people where they needed to go, as quickly as possible. So plan ahead when you have scheduled activities 10/10 recommend

Another GREAT stay in PCB!
First, Irina (property owner) is AWESOME! Had to get a hold of her for a couple quick things and she responded lightening fast, and was very nice & helpful. Location was fantastic…beach, Pier Park, grocery stores, souvenir shopping and the likes. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. We’re already talking about our next trip to PCB, and checking into this same unit! Hard to give this one a great rating because I don’t want a best kept secret out ;)

Property was fantastic with stunning views. Irina took care of us every single step of the way. Elevators are a little slow at times but manageable. Beach was fantastic and condo was in perfect location. You truly could walk or Uber/Lyft everywhere. Car rental is not necessary for this location. Thanks for a great week.

We loved the location of the condo. Parking was great. The bed was the perfect comfort level. Our only complaint was the elevator. It was super slow and for a few days of our stay there was no power to the elevators on our end of the building. Overall we had a great time!

We had a wonderful time. The views are spectacular. Check in was easy and communication with the owner/manager was excellent. Elevators can take a while during peak hours, we adjusted our beach hours and no more long waits. The only drawback was the cleanliness of the floor. We would come back for sure!

Wonderful View
I chose to spend a few days on the beach for the end of my Spring Break, and this was a perfect one because it has great views of the beach! Being able to see it from my room and living room was Awesome! The condo was nice too, just one side of the master bedroom closet was off the rails, but everything else was really nice.

Great rental facing the ocean. There are not a lot of good restaurants close to the property and not a very walkable neighborhood. If you are just looking to chill and dont mind hoping in the car for a great restaurant; this is it.

Nice property
We had a nice stay at this condo in Panama City Beach. Spacious condo with a beautiful view of the beach. All kitchen appliances in working order. The living room had a nice size TV with a variety of cable channels. The WiFi was super fast! The main bedroom was spacious with TV and nice king size bed. The bathrooms were nice, and shower had nice hot water. Our only concern that the listing said the condo had a washer and dryer when we booked. Upon arrival the washer and dryer were totally gone. I messaged the owner, she apologized and said that it was being replaced after our vacation. Super disappointed about this. Also, the elevators were super slow. Otherwise, it was nice stay. Thank you!

Not as clean as I would like and elevators were a nightmare.
I feel the condo cleaning was rushed because the cleaning lady arrived as we were checking in. There are 2 sets of 3 elevators and one set was out of order the whole time we were there so waiting for a elevator took a long time. The dryer takes 2 hours to dry a load of clothes.

Great condo
The check in process for other Vrbo stays were a lot quicker and simple. One person checking in and paying more after paying on here at the condo is not ideal and needs to be updated to be included in the price we pay here. Other than that this was a great place to stay
