Beautiful view
Air conditioner was out through our first night. Slow response from staff but we over heard someone say the electric was out that morning so we reset the breaker and it worked. Living room furniture needs to be shampooed. The view is beautiful! I really have a problem with being charged $50 by VRBO with no advance warning but it was not near as bad as finding out by Vacassa one day before check in that it will cost $35.00 to get into Tidewater!!! There is no excuse for that.

Wasted Money
I’m not huge on reviews to criticize things/places. This was by far the worst place I have ever stayed in PCB! The cleanliness of the room was very poor and almost as if it wasn’t cleaned at all. The mattresses on the beds were completely uncomfortable. My husband and I felt like we were sleeping on plywood. The couch was much more comfortable. This makes for a miserable stay when you can’t get good adequate sleep. The shower in the master has terrible water pressure and the shower in the hall bathroom was not thought out properly. Water pools out of the shower door when turning the shower on. This is a broken record for most places but the elevators were awful and walking up 20 flights of stairs was a no go for us. On a positive note check in was great and easy. The restaurant Waves has good food and the staff was very pleasant! I would not recommend this place to anyone EVER!
