Tower 3 amenities not accessible to other guests
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Calypso. The unit could use a deep cleaning, but suited our needs. Our only complaint is that Tower 1 and 2 guests are not allowed to use the amenities located in Tower 3 and that's where the hot tub is.

Beautifully decorated. Pretty restful colors. Right by Pier Park. Everything you need to cook a meal. Only problems the mattresses in master and king guest room terrible. Wish would have had more bath towels . Boogie boards in laundry room.

I knew it was going to be a good time from the moment I walked in. The condo smelled amazing! It looked exactly in person as it did online. The staff work diligently to keep the entire property in excellent shape. Loves that so many activities and restaurants are in walking distance.

We love Calypso!!
Calypso is by far our favorite place to stay when we come to Panama City Beach. Location is ideal, across the street from Pier Park and a golf cart ride to most everywhere else. This 12th floor unit is my favorite so far. Totally felt at home in this very clean and stylish condo. Anything we might need was available. I feel sure we’ll book this unit again in the future.

Adorable and in the center of everything.
We had an amazing stay. The condo is decorated so nice. We loved the beach vibe and that it was stocked with everything we needed. We had teenagers, 25yr olds and my husband and myself and we all had a blast. The location of this condo made it possible for everyone to walk to eat, get icecream and enjoy Pier park. We will be back!

This condo is ideally located near Pier Park. It is just steps to the beach and pools. It was clean and well decorated. The kitchen has everything to cook a full meal. The view from balcony was fabulous! We had a fabulous vacation with my adult children. It is also located near the elevator, which is very convenient.

The area of this condo was amazing right next to pier park. The room was definitely upgraded and it felt like home! The owners responded in a timely manner and I just appreciate them for it. We enjoyed it and will definitely book again.

Overall disappointed
I have stayed at this particular building many times but in different condos. I know my way around and what to expect. I stayed there for three days for a short birthday trip. The condo itself was well decorated. However the air wasn't working. I contacted the number listed the first night they responded the next morning. They had someone there that afternoon to "fix" it. However it was never fixed. We also had problems with parking and was given a run around. We were given two parking passes but only one worked. When I contacted the number number listed they told me it was the resorts issue. The resort said it was the condo owners issue. I became very irritated because being here only a few days i was spending time trying to fix things that should be working appropriately. Just something to keep in mind if you like cold air when you come in from the hot beach or your car kept in a safe space.

The condo and facility was great. Very Clean, and easy to navigate. Unfortunately we had a family emergency and had to leave 3 days into a 7 day reservation. Tried to call property management to ask questions and let them know we had left and could not get anyone to call us back by phone or email.

Great location and very clean unit!
The unit was very clean and nicely furnished. Appears to be newly updated and everything was in good repair. Kitchen had everything you would need and the beds were comfortable. The provided beach chairs and umbrella was great, just tell the attendants your room number and how long you are there for. The pools were a little crowded for the the East and West Buildings, we were unable to find open chairs most days. FYI, you cannot use the pool of tower 3 across the street, which is much nicer and less crowded. During our stay we had a power outage in the unit for about 8 hours and the management company let us know and provided a refund for that day without having to ask for it. I appreciated the communication and ease of resolution. Overall, I would recommend this unit and property to someone staying in PCB. You can’t beat being on white sand, turquoise waters, and steps from Pier Park. Thank you!

Absolutely perfect!
The condo was absolutely beautiful and perfect for our family vacation. I am a beach hopper and have stayed in many condos, this was by far the best one so far. It is beautifully decorated and remodeled with high quality furnishings. The location is perfect a close walk to pier park and a lot of places to eat. Close to Walmart for stocking up. I will definitely come back to this condo maybe without the kids the next time lol. There was a power issue I was called about the day We left. The property manager was very honest and helpful he kept me updated promptly as soon as our power was restored and ready for check in.
