Hurry up and wait.
Elevator system was sad. you could wait 30 mins sometimes, then there was a terrible leak in the master bathroom that they couldn't figure out.

Needs attention
Property needs attention. Basic maintenance and cleaning needed. Rental also need some updating and cleaning/maintenance performed. Needs older furniture replaced and tvs and entertainment updated. Microwave touhpad is loose, disposal making very loud sounds, sink drains in bathrooms very slow, mold in caulk in master shower, stains on curtains in master. The balcony sliding door needs maintenance and is very hard to use. Furniture on balcony is rusted. WiFi is horrible, I tested it at 7mb/s and had to use my phone as a hotspot to get a respectable speed. Had to use laptop for entertainment in room for kids as there is no smart tv and only very basic cable with a broken remote. Get rid of the rug in the entry that doesn't fit and won't let front door open and close correctly. Wouldn't rent again unless it was updated and maintenance issues addressed.

Elevators are a nightmare, stairs stink of trash
Microwave timer didn’t work, tv had maybe 10 available channels and brand new remote didn’t work half the time, WiFi was adequate, place was clean but ran out of toilet paper and paper towels mid week, too few elevators for building, loading and unloading is the worst - you have to give them your driver’s license to check out a cart and don’t get it back until cart is returned, wristbands required to get to beach, No A/C in stair wells, stairs smelled thickly of trash below, given the amount of alternatives in PCB we will definitely stay somewhere else next time. Weird wet spot on carpet by master bath - never dried, beach lounge chair sign up is arbitrarily handled by grouchy old man.
