Red stains in the carpet?? In the morning a roach was in the bathroom. For the three days I was there, did not come and change the sheets or replace the towels. Had to request towels to get them. Had to wait for coffee almost everyday because they were out.

Everything was excellent. We just stayed one night so we didn’t really get to use all of the facilities, but what we did was terrific. The complementary breakfast was excellent, although they could use a little bit more replenishing of the hot food. The check-in process was really good and we got to get into our room earlier than expected after traveling a very long way. Nice job everyone keep up the good work.

This is a criticism of the hotel industry in general. Charging $100 deposit to the credit card of a couple in their 70s is laughable and unnecessary. What elderly couple has ever trashed a hotel room? And then, to add insult to injury, it takes days for that charge to get reversed. Our hotel room was paid in full weeks before we arrived. What ever happened to customer service?

Floor would have felt better
The mattress in 0ur room was so old you could hear the coils inside when you moved on bed. Was so uncomfortable! Took a toll on both our backs.
