I wasn’t going to be hard on review but by far was disappointed in several areas, I feel they need to be addressed. First and foremost, the staff, aside from the breakfast staff and a few of the ground maintenance staff, the rest were unprofessional, and mostly unwelcoming . in one day, staff entered my room three times to ask if I was checked out or checking out. No warning, just used a key and walked in. Makes me wonder how many times they entered when I wasn’t there. The front desk lady and younger man were giving me two different answers on most questions I had, to the point where we had it out a few times. It is posted everywhere that they don’t allow smoking on property, inconvenience for me as a smoker but I get it, however the staff smoked anywhere at anytime. Double standards don’t work, not even in late season. Its Florida, lots of palmetto bug but myself as well as other guests had more then a few visitors including other unknown bugs. Parking was great once I was notified where overflow lot was, which was day two of my stay. Despite being understaffed, the breakfast staff were amazing and probably the best thing about this hotel,. Pool and bar, pirates and mermaids were great. I will not be returning to this hotel, wish it would have played out differently, as my free time for Vacation is scarce these days. Good luck.

Everything was clean when arrived. Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was on the ground floor and all rooms face the beach. The views are beautiful in the morning and the evening. Will definitely stay again !

From the moment we arrived where Mary (Byrd maybe) at the front desk helped us out, and let us check in early because rooms were available, the whole stay was a great experience. Normally we do an Air BnB and have been to Panama City Beach more than 10 times over the last 15 years. This by far was one of our favorite visits. Although the breakfast was average as compared to some places, it was edible and served by a nice staff and was a welcome surprise. Beach was close by, pool was great, there were drinks available at the lobby whenever you wanted, staff was nice and personable, the location was ideal with close proximity to food and gift stores. Just a good overall trip for our family. We loved it. Thanks Mary for letting us check in early as she could have made us wait a few more hours!!!

Staff friendly but we had roaches in our room. Our microwave wouldn't turn off or open back up once we tried to warm up food. Management changed our room an no water pressure in different room. Management gave us a discount but i was kinda disappointed still.

I paid $390 for 3 nights, so I can't complain too much. It was a nice little vacay but the room was beat up. A sign said to keep the a/c between 65-70 or the room would sweat...so I stayed cold in there. We were on the bottom floor in room 102 & the back door led out to the beach, which was great. I am not sure I would book there again but if you're on a budget I'd say do it.

Amanda at the front desk was amazing! Parking was always available close to the building. Awesome beach access and pool area. Pizza and wing restaurants within walking distance. Free lemonade and tea in the lobby all day. Breakfasts were good and nice they boxed up so you could take back to room. Great value for the price! Snack and drink bending available. Employees were always available to assist. Will stay again.

Great First Time Stay at Days Inn! No complaints!
This was our first time booking at the Days Inn by Wyndham and we had a very pleasant experience. We booked the room with kitchen addon and we had lots of space, the room as clean, the bathroom is not a modern bathroom but for its age we found it good and clean. We loved the balcony with the ocean view! Beds very comfortable, everything clean. The room was cleaned everyday and we had fresh clean towels daily. The pool is super cute but we spend more time in the beach which is a step away. Staff was super friendly from start to end. Breakfast was real good! Loved our stay. Will stay again!
