Breakfast sucks, restaurant not open for lunch/dinner. No room service. No bar/lounge, swimming pool is like a big bath tub, no convenient store and most importantly of all, no complementary bottled water in the room.

Una estadia no satisfactoria.
Me he quedado en una suite, el aire acondicionado sucio, las sabanas sucias. El desayuno incluido tenia de frutas solo 1 banano, mas nada. no habia opciones para poder comer bien. el bar cerrado. no logre de noche solicitar commida o bebida. compre agua de la nevera de recepcion con el costo al triple del mercado. es increible que tan bajo han caido.

Hallway had a wet odor , AC units were leaking had to Change room , rooms were pretty basic but decent for the price , breakfast wasn’t very diverse . Staff was very helpful and kind . Location is great in terms of proximity to everything from food to shopping to restaurants vetting was near . WiFi went don’t overnight the night into the day I was checking out .

I did not like how the staff treated their guests. In particular, the employees first name is Oscar. I paid to have an extra guest stay the night, which cost $82. I showed him my receipt at the time that my guest arrived and he denied it. He had me pay an additional $27 to have my guest visit. And, he was very rude to my guest by yelling slurs of “you are bad for business”. My guest did not reply back, as I told her I will pay the money again and I will deal with the issue the next morning. The next day there was not a manager present but I did tell the current employee of the situation. I hope this helps other guest who plan to stay there, as I will never go back.

Hotel was not we were expecting from Hampton at Hilton.Musty odor ,bathroom unclean.Breakfast was also only kind of one whitebread fruits almost nonexistent, no breakfast teas . Very poor.
