I had an outstanding experience at Principe Hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth and professional. Check-in was quick and flawless, and the staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my stay. The hotel is ultra clean — not just the room, but the entire property. My room was very comfortable with a well-made bed and quality linens. The shower pressure was excellent, which made a big difference after long days out in the city. Everything in the room worked properly and felt well maintained. One of the best parts of this hotel is the location. It’s centrally located in the heart of the city, surrounded by lively streets and a wide variety of great restaurants, cafés, and shops within walking distance. Despite being in such a vibrant area, the noise level inside the hotel was minimal. I was able to sleep comfortably without disturbances, which I really appreciated. Only minor con: The TV remote could work better — it likely just needs fresh batteries. A small fix that would make the in-room experience even better. Overall, this was a true 5-star experience for me. Clean, comfortable, great staff, perfect location, and peaceful at night. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

PRO: Very affordable. The hotel location is great. Lots of restaurants, shops, services within walking distance of the hotel. Staff were friendly and professional. Room was spacious, clean and reasonably modern. CONS: Wifi barely worked. Was down for days. Staff acted surprised when we reported the issue despite MONTHS of reviews calling out wifi issues. This was very inconvenient. Would not return.

Don’t get me wrong it’s a nice place but they need to upgrade there WiFi is not work well. They didn’t even give you the option to rent a fridge if you needed one for the smaller queen rooms You must always give the customer the option. Just my perspective. An just a hint please get your bath drains treated for insect please. I hope my advice helps you prove your service Otherwise the staff is pleasant

I had a good stay at Principe suite. The hote,l room and bathroom were very clean and presented well. Staff were helpful . Good llocation in Panama city. I would recommend if you are travelling to Panama.
