I really like the the staff treatment and the way they keep the facility very clean. What I didn’t like was that sometimes the noise level from the closing of the neighbors door and children playing in the hall is high especially in the morning.

The room was nice & BIG but a bit perplexing. There’s a microwave & a fridge but no coffee maker. The shower had no hot water at all. There’s no remote for the AC and it’s mounted high so reading controls was tricky on top of inconvenient. The TV came on at 6 AM without a reason. No one was near the remote. The WIFI was terrible & cut out several times. I ended up using my Tigo phone service. Lastly the pilllows were awful. There’s several small pillows & all bothered my neck, keeping me up through the night. The staff were very friendly, the hotel is just missing several things.

The property is undergoing some construction either in this hotel or next door as the heavy pounding of concrete work was loud during the day. While the hotel is quite clean, the air conditioning units are quite old, and I had to switch rooms due a unit shutting itself off. If you are trying to rest during the day, it simply was not possible.
