Check dog fee box on VRBO.) 3/15-10/31 we will provide 2 lounge chairs & an umbrella on the beach for guests! Stunning kitchen features quartz countertops & island. Wonderful bath features ceramic tile walk-in shower. Master bedroom has a king bed & 55 inch Smart HDTV. Memory foam sleeper sofa & fold down murphy bed. Distressed plank tile flooring & eclectic coastal décor throughout. Amazing views from your balcony! Walk to Pier Park, Shuckums, Gulf World, Sharkys, Diegos, & the dog beach at Pier Park entrance. Five minute drive to Frank Brown Park for Gulf Coast Jam. Small complex so no elevators or complicated parking. Hot tub, patio, beach shower, & charcoal grills onsite. We also own 2 adjacent units (VRBO 1156050, 2381370) & a first floor unit (3262642).

The unit had it all. Location, view and cleanliness males this unit dollar for dollar the best value and quality stay we have had. We have been coming to Florida in February for several years now but i think we found the place we always want to come back to.

Right on the beach! I brought my pup and a short walk to the dog beach. The unit matches the pictures but better. Beach cottage feeling. Owners quick to respond with questions I had and checked in on me. I definitely hope to be back again next year!

Just stayed here for 5 nights. Amazing ocean views. Great location within walking distance to Pier Park mall, with tons of restaurants and entertainment options. The condo has everything we could ask for, especially for the price. Great little dog area also. We'll be back.

Great Time
We stayed for a week at the sea glass villa and was very happy with it. We had a great time with our 2 dogs. We plan to come back in the future for sure. The owners were very communicative and informative and even checked up on us a day or 2 after being there to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

My wife and I stayed with our small dog here for four nights. Really enjoyed the view of the beach and the provided beach lounge chairs and umbrella. The private dog potty area helped a lot as well. Condo was clean and well laid out, and many attractions were within walking distance. Would stay here again.

Jeff and Jill are absolutely wonderful, very responsive, helpful and friendly! It was our first time in PCB, my husband and I stayed with our two Dachshunds, and couldn't have picked a better place! Right on the beach and everything is so close and convenient. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed! Will definitely be back!

Our expectations were exceeded
We absolutely loved our unit and that we could bring our dogs with us. It had more than everything we needed as well as being close to Pier Park. Jeff and Jill always returned our messages in a very timely matter and were very accommodating. We also appreciated having a very comfortable king size bed and the beach chairs with umbrella included. After vacationing with our time share in the panhandle for over 25 years we weren't quite sure if we would enjoy it as much but we liked it more. We can't say enough good things about our experience and highly recommend renting from any of their units there. Thank you so much for having us!!

Great Location
The location of this property can not be beat...the most beautiful beaches available in the US. The unit was clean and well-kept. It does not include a closet...to our surprise...but this is something to which we quickly adjusted. Also, the ability to have our dog with us is a huge plus to choosing this place. Highly recommended.

Amazing Beachfront PCB rental!!!!
Sea glass Villa was beautiful, relaxing, well appointed and clean. The view from the balcony was lovely and allowed you to see over the dunes to the beach. Perfect location to awesome food/entertainment and direct beach access. The dog park on property was much appreciated and well maintained. Pool and hot tub were sparkling, but we did not use due to low temps outside while we visited. The unit had absolutely everything we needed! We cooked breakfast and lunch at the condo most days and never found anything missing. Jeff and Jill are the most responsive hosts we have ever had and all questions were answered in a fast and courteous manner. Highly recommend!
