Clientele is changing. Maintenance of the entire property is very poor. Carpets okd, musty and dirty, bathrooms very old, no in-room facilities like microwave, there is only one in the reception area that even the maitenance worker people use

This hotel is one of the only hotels that literally cater to your needs, has classic look. the management amazing one phone call with any issue and the hotel solves it. The engineer in this hotel has done a fantastic job He has kept his place intact. Clean, no cigarettes smells, clean sheets, clean towels and clean parking lot.

I recently stayed in a handicap room with my elderly mother and it was very dirty, moldy, and smelly. This area of the hotel is extremely dated and needs serious remodeling and renovations. There was a water stain above her bed which made us nervous and uncomfortable. My Aunt and Uncle also stayed at your hotel and had the same experience as did we. The room was very, very far from the elevator and my aunt was frustrated. While sitting in the lobby upon arrival, 3 firemen arrived to check the water heater which again made us concerned for our safety. This stay was very disappointing resulting in our early departure of 1 day which was already paid for and was not refunded.

Stress relief b/c bath and body works & thick wall
Everything worked well. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean, and you can tell the building is older, but very well built, and doesn’t have the thin walls that apartments and hotels built in the last 10-15 years have. I could literally hear the television, as if it was in my room, my last stay somewhere else. This made me appreciate the build of this older, yet well built and beautiful hotel. Don’t laugh…my absolute favorite thing of the whole stay was that they had bath and body works “stress relief scent” for the shampoo, conditioner, and soaps!! I was so excited when I saw that, I want to stay here again and again, to show my appreciation for having this product for me to use.

Very Good.
We traveled with our family to spend a different weekend. It is a very nice and clean hotel. The staff was very friendly, they let us check in 2 hours before the scheduled time. And the bus to NY passes right in front. It is not a modern hotel, but it is super nice.

The staff were AMAZING really polite and helpful the room heat didn’t work and they had somebody come up and fix it there was streaks in our toilet and the room was a bit outdated but the bed was extremely comfy
