The location for a tourist is perfect. Center of everything. The caprets and facilities need an update, but we weren't planning on spending lots of time in the room anyway. Staff great, in particular a man named Trinh (sp?).

Nice hotel. Fantastic location, central to key sites. Next to the river and Notre Dame. Good staff. Clean rooms, a bit dated but everything was functional including AC. A little kitchenet was nice to have. Only downside is that they do not clean room daily, only at check in. So no freshening of room. Fresh towels were available in the lobby every day.

Near Notre Dame, walking distance to 2018 croissant Grand Prix bakery. Many grocery stores nearby. Vending machines and coffee machines within hotel. My room was deep in, so it was quiet and comfy. No extra pillows available for sofa bed. Normal bed had 2 pillows per pax. Sofa bed has just 1 pillow per pax. Pillows were flat.

It's in Paris, on the Left Bank of the Seine. The apartment was clean, they do not have face cloths but plenty of bath and hand towels. Basics were provided, ie soap, toilet paper, and the kitchen was stocked with cutlery, cookware, glasses and china, dish soap, sponge, dish towels, trash bags and dust pan/brush. Also had a dishwasher, microwave and electric coffee pot. We bought whatever else we needed ie paper towels, food, etc. There are small grocery stores nearby and also larger ones. Some souvenir stands carry water & other staples. The staff were helpful, the front desk and consierge were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The in-hotel breakfast is self-serve, but not complimentary, with plenty of options from eggs to cereal and croissant, of course. All very fresh.
Vendors offering a variety of items including artwork, books, old photos and lots more, just across from the hotel and overlooking the Seine, Pont Neuf and the Louvre are visible.
Small Argentinian restaurant a short walk away, friendly staff, very good food.
Notre Dame is a short walk from the hotel. Not open yet (9/2024) but the bells were installed while we were there.

What we stayed in was NOT an apartment, regardless what they call it. Room air controls were confusing and relatively useless…once set to cool, it worked fine. Staff were very friendly and helpful, and hotel was very quiet. No wash cloths. Reported our room’s main bathroom light was out and it was not fixed for the remainder of our stay. Hotel was very convenient to many restaurants and subway stations. Overall, average experience for a European hotel.
