It was not so good. They have 2 blocks. Reception was in block 1 and our room was in block 2. Our car was parked in block 1 as well as the hotel parking is there. We would have to go to block 1 reception first to switch elevators and then go to our car. Secondly, we booked Double/Queen bed and they had only 2 twin beds on our check in, which was very much frustrating as they rudely said yes you booked it double and we dont have it. I asked thm they could have messaged me via Expedia to inform this so I could cancel and book elsewhere. Just being Parisians.

Not all Citidines are alike!

This hotels is located in a nice neighborhood and pretty easy Metro connections. We have stayed at other Citidines in Paris. This one was a bit shabby and tired. Old appliances in the kitchen, cracked sink in the bathroom, and the shower sprayed all over the floor when showering. Beds were ok with good linens and pillows. We did not have the breakfast for 14 euros but had access to the coffee machine.

The room was big compared to other hotels. Room was clean and tidy. Located in a good area. Bad soundproofing-you could hear noise from adjacent rooms especially early in the morning. Toilet piping made very loud sounds!

The elevator was out-of-order so walking up from the -4 parking garage was a bit of a hike. The room was clean and pleasant, with ample space in the fridge. Also, the most comfortable pillows in Europe.

The metro is literally across the road so perfect to get around Paris. A lovely and less touristy area so you really get a feel of France when walking around. Great rest bite from the hectic city centre. The hotel room itself suited our needs and was clean and a great size. I do wish the toilet had been in the actual bathroom or there had been at least a sink in the room with the toilet. Also, after a long day we would have liked to watch a bit of TV but there was no option for English subtitles so we couldn’t follow along with anything.

I really enjoyed this property. It was nice to be very close to the metro, and lots of restaurants near! The staff was lovely and even gave us a popsicle when we checked in. We used the laundry room and when we had questions we used the phone to call the front desk and they helped us. They were very friendly! Our room was also really nice and clean.
