Booked Citizen M Charles de Gaulle for last night in Paris to be right at the airport. We wanted an stress-free departure after a long stay in France. This was our first time staying at a Citizen M…..and it’s now my new favorite hotel of all time! Seriously!!! Besides all the ovbious wonderful things they do perfection…they let you check in at 2p and check out at 11am. Other big hotels don’t let you check in till 4p and out by 10a. I will be searching for Citizen M’s hotels from now on!!!! Thank you Citizen M

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was beautiful and modern. The rooms were the perfect size and comfortable with complete automation for lighting and media. Check in and out was very convenient! Would gladly stay again!

The room is EXTREMELY small! The bed was big, but you have to climb over the person sleeping next to you to get out of bed. Definitely not a place to stay if you have big suitcases. The bathroom was tiny. The bed was very comfortable though and the tiny bathroom was at least clean. Good if you are just one person staying in a room. The food was horrible. I ordered Chicken Tikka Marsala. The chicken was still raw. Could not eat it.

Not what I expected
The signage outside is terrible. Arrived in the dark. I we driver couldn’t find it. Neither could I. Went around 4 times until I got out to ask. No sign check in here. No welcome to citizen M. saw a small sign later on street level with small citizen and the weird M logo. Not having stayed in these hotels I did t recognize it. I tried calling. Their automated line hung up on me. When I checked I. Finally the guy hands me a slip with their email on it. They do t have a phone. Room very small. If I was with my partner o e of us would have to crawl over the other to get out of bed. Not at all what I expected when I saw it had a 9.2 rating. Wo t stay at these hotels ever again. I’m sure they have a market and a niche. It’s not me.

Very clean but very small rooms
Rooms are extremely clean with good lighting options. But they're extremely small (especially the minuscule bathrooms), and there are walls fully-against 3 of the 4 sides of the king bed, so with 2 people 1 person must climb over the other to get in and out of bed.

Absolutely amazing hotel if you need a cosy place to stay. 5 minutes walk from CDG airport, terminal 3, easy to find. Very unusual and modern interior. Pleasant, welcoming, professional staff ready to help with anything you need. Exceptionally comfortable huge bed! Will definitely stay there again when I’m back to Paris.
