We just stayed for proximity to the train station which is just outside. The huge window view of Paris was the most notable thing about the room.

Menu really healthy, varied but not on a daily basis-same every meal. Breakfast (Brunch) expensive especially for a light eater but it was always fresh and tasty. The staff was friendly and helpful. Just two blocks to Gare de Lyon, if that. Confirm your view from the room if you want to see anything besides the rooftops of the hotel. Beds comfortable.

Our room was on the 9th floor so our view of the city was spectacular! It was clean and floor was quiet. Subway was Gare de Nord was right across the street. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Very straight forward Courtyard style hotel with very professional staff, tidy rooms, and an exceptional view of Gare de Lyon and Montmartre from the top floors. Hotel is near everything you could possible need. Recommended for the nervous traveler or for a first time visit to Paris.

Very well located near the Gare de Lyon train station and RER A train line (direct to and from Disney Land Paris) and the batobus (boat public transport). Room was clean and staff was nice. However, family room is quite small for 4 with 2 beds in a small room and just a small table with only 1 chair. A bit expansive for such a small space. Breakfast was good and free for the small kids.

I enjoyed our week in Paris. This place worked out great. I got the lay of the land. Nice run on the seine and Jardin sides planted. It’s not for everyone but worked for us.

Caroet had stains and house cleaning barely cleaned the bathrooms. The libby was non existent and tge staff was the most unfriendly and unhelpful at any location, I have ever stayed at.
