The food is shockingly poor buffet left to cold and the meats burnt to crisp under the heat lamps...Outrageous and expensive. To few staff and run of their feet. Unsafe shuttle when raising, the fact my 7 year old got crushed and could I speak with a manager. It will need to wait until the morning!!!! No this is about safety!!! Poor Breakfast is like a zoo again the food is always empty, i gave up as no staff and went to the front with the person who takes your room number with the empty container...twice....not my job!!!!

The staff were very friendly and spoke multiple languages. Breakfast was lovely. Very impressive room service and bar menu, food delicious! It really felt as if we were staying in a princess castle. Great for kids, the pool being open late meant we could have a full day at Disney then come back and relax in the pool. Would definitely recommend as an alternative to actual Disney Hotels which do not even come close to comparing and are double the price

It’s a gorgeous property so close to Disneyland without paying the much higher prices of the actual Disneyland hotels! Same magic! The shuttle bus is convenient and free. My only comment is that the shuttle can be difficult to manage since it is shared between multiple hotels. It fills quite fast. It was not an option for my disabled mother so I still had to purchase Uber rides to and from the park.

My mom and I stayed at the Dream castle (10/1-10/4). If you’re flying in from CDG it’s easy to take a one way train ride to Disney Paris where you can catch your shuttle bus to your accommodation. However, we flew into ORY which would have had us transfer so we took the magic shuttle bus (highly recommend) that dropped us off right at our hotel. The location of the hotel is great! We are within walking distance of the park (30mins) and they do provide a shuttle bus to the park. Fair WARNING it shares with four neighboring hotels so it gets INSANELY packed. Try to take the bus before 9:30am when the park opens. I’d say 8:45-9am latest. The shuttle runs until 11pm. However, if you try to board right after the park closes. Best of luck to you lol. I literally saw people shoving and almost fighting each other to get on the bus, it was insane! They run every 15mins…..idk why people act like wild animals. Anywho, back to the hotel. They provide a wonderful buffet breakfast. It has your basics but it’s good and it’s included! It held us over for a few hours when we got to the park. We did do the dinner buffet and omg you should def do it if you get the chance! Dinner was delicious. Staff is really nice and lovely! Very welcoming. We had a king size bed and the room was great and had all the amenities we needed. The hotel had two pools but because of the month and season the outside pool was closed. The indoor pool was cool, mostly families chilling. Over all would stay again

Great hotel at a much better rate than what Disney offers for their value resorts. Great staff and atmosphere. My only issue is the park shuttle- it's one shuttle that services five hotels. I saw people get separated and nearly crushed trying to get on, including families with small children. There should be more shuttles servicing the hotels.

Hotel is wonderful, but the transportation to Disneyland is horrible. One bus is shared amongst many hotels, making the bus impossible to get into from the hotel or from Disneyland. Drivers are doing their best, but the hotels need to get more busses knowing that this is a hige issue. We stayed in a bunk bed room. Rooms are ok size, bathrooms were a little outdated, but we were here for Dinsneyland. During our stay, the AC at the hotel was shutoff, making the rooms quite stuffy, so we had to open the windows at night, thus allowing bugs to fly in as there’s no screens on the windows. Other than that, the rooms are nothing special, but a good place to sleep and get ready for Disneyland.

The staff didn't give me any information about the hotel when I booked in . I had no information about the breakfast times . There was no information in my room as well. Apart from that the Hotel was beautiful. The breakfast buffet was limited and some of the food overcooked and tastes.

When we arrived we were astonished that the "family room" had only half of an already small wardrobe available with only three hangers for clothes. There was virtually no floor space either so the entire week was spent picking wrinkled clothes from suitcases. This was made worse by the fact there was also no iron in the room. The room was far too warm and when I told reception the air conditioning wasnt working they told me they had turned it off for the entire hotel. Every guest I spoke to complained their room was too hot. The wifi was atrocious which is not good with 7 and 11 year old girls. The tvs had only basic tv which consisted of mostly french speaking channels and as they were not smart tvs we had no netflix or similar to fall back on (although with no wifi they would have been useless anyway.) The breakfast was also a massive let down. In a hotel full of brits i would have hoped for some English/Scottish breakfast options but the only sausages were curry sausages and the bacon was rock hard over cooked streaky bacon. No fried or poached eggs. No hash browns. No sausages or back bacon. No pancakes. Basically it is by far the worst 4 star hotel I have ever stayed in. I would barely give it a 2 star. The hotel also charges for car parking. Pay each time you leave the car park. I thought this was ridiculous for a 4 star hotel. Sorry but I would avoid this place at all costs.
