Fantastic. Front desk staff were very friendly, very helpful and very enthusiastic...simply amazing. Dining staff and housekeeping were always on the spot. All staff made us feel as guests.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Holiday Inn Paris - Montmartre, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of my stay was perfect. The check-in process was smooth and welcoming, with friendly faces ready to assist. The room was clean, comfortable beds beautifully decorated, with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, offering a restful night’s sleep, and the view from the room was breathtaking. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. Every member of the team was professional, courteous, and eager to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. Their attention to detail and genuine care made all the difference. Overall, I highly recommend Holiday Inn Paris - Montmartre to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I will definitely be returning for my next visit!

Location in Montmartre was great. Walkable to lots of food, grocery and even laundry. There was a bit of street noise from our rooms, but otherwise a great location. The buffet breakfast was great.

The property was close to public transportation and an easy walk to the stores and restaurants. It was a great place to stay. They had a nice breakfast. Would stay there again if we went to Paris. The staff was very helpful with directions for places we were trying to visit.

Adequate, but not exceptional.
Stain on carpet in #307, but all else fine. Tall tub difficult for ppl with mobility issues. No drawers for clothes and few hangers. Air wasn’t on in the building at beginning of stay; but ok once they switched off the heat. No comfortable chair.

This was a great property in Paris . The staff ( Juba) was wonderful and very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The room was amazing. All the little things such as a kettle , coffee machine and mini fridge made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. will definitely stay here again and I recommend it to my family and friends/

Excellent, couldn’t be happier!
Our stay was amazing. The hotel staff was super nice, they all spoke English which was very helpful. All the members of the staff we interacted with were willing to help us all the time. The room was great, it had enough space, it had a fridge, a hair dryer and the beds were super comfy. The bathroom was big enough too, and it had shampoo, hair conditioner and soap of a very well known brand which I loved. The cleaning service was excellent. We booked with breakfast included and it was excellent as well. The location of the hotel was perfect, we had more than one subway stations near and the zone was good as well, very close to the moulin rouge and close to lots of good restaurants and stores. There were many supermarkets near which was great. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, I’d definitely come back to this hotel and I’d strongly recommend it.

Bit cramped. Not so spacious. Sofa bed was useless. No space to step out of bed and go to toilet if the sofa bed was open. Very very tiny room. Good size bathroom with 2 sink. Has all the amenities.

From the moment I walked in, I could tell the staff cared about me as a customer and took their job seriously. They were helpful, friendly and went above and beyond - including carrying my suitcase up 6 flights of stairs while the elevator was not functioning to helping me find a Doctor when I came down with a bad flu. The room was spacious and clean and relatively sound proof. The location of the hotel is excellent- loads of fantastic restaurants within short walking distance, as well as a laundromat acriss the road and pharmacies, boulangeries and supermarkets nearby. I will certainly stay again.
