Great location
Hotel wasvin a greatblocation. Close to metro, busses and restaurants and shopping. Stairs to rooms are spiral and uneven, but room was clean. Mattresses were very firm. Because the nights were cool ac was not available and room felt stuffy. Opening windows helped.

Loved it!
Stayed here for a week and loved it! The location made it easy to get on the metro and access all the main tourist attractions. The breakfast available was pastries, coffee, and yogurt. The staff were all very nice. Only complaint was that the elevator was extremely small, but we made it work!

This facility was clean. It was somewhat small. The bathroom was adequate. There is an "elevator" but it was the smallest that I have ever seen. They do have stairs that reach every level, but if you are wheelchair bound, it WILL NOT FIT YOU? If you are somewhat claustrophobic it will push you to your limit. If you are fully claustrophobic, you will absolutely refuse to let the doors close on you. Other than that, it was fine and a good value.

Great location. Clean bathrooms
The rooms were bigger than we expected. The beds were more comfortable than we expected. There was no remote control for the air conditioning unit on the wall so it got too hot at night. The toilet seat was broken and you couldn’t sit without sliding off. I told the front desk about the toilet seat and they brought us more towels. I don’t understand their breakfast situation. It wasn’t explained, nor was there any brochure to tell us what we needed to do so we did not have breakfast there. They did they were very kind when we asked about the next morning. They said we didn’t order it, but they didn’t tell us how to order it the day before and the front desk people went and gave us a croissant. She was very professional and nice . The level of English language was very low, so it was very difficult to communicate with him even at a basic level In French or English.
