The staff are outstanding and incredibly helpful. The location is very good. However, the Hotel needs renovation - the wallpaper is peeling, the room needed repainting, the pillows are horrible (pieces of foam (literally) in a sham cover), the bed is horrible (lumpy and uncomfortable), the toilet leaked, the temperature in the shower was very uneven (it ran from too hot to too cold, regardless of the settings), and the bathroom sink was slow draining. The WiFi was overall good. The elevator is easily one of the smallest elevators I have ever been in, however, it did make getting our bags up and down the stairs much easier. On our last day there, we were given a free breakfast, it was ok. Luckily, the other days, we simply walked down the main street (Rue de Voltaire), and had many, many options for cofee, breakfast, and bakeries. It's near both Metro and bus stops.
Would we stay there again? No. But that's because we, most likely, will never visit Paris, again.
