A nice place in a convenient location, I had a wonderful view out my window. Something was a bit stinky in the bathroom drains, it smelled a bit sulfurous. That is a simple plumbing fix. Otherwise, a great, great place.
Un hotel chico pero muy acogedor, el servicio en general muy bueno y muy bien ubicado para utilizar líneas del metro

My first stay in Paris:
I stayed at Hotel de Paris which is an excellent location for getting around and easy to get to the heart of Paris and tourist attractions.
However; the hotel is very very small with one elevator. The room is literally just the bed; a double bed although comfortable very small. The room also has a small side desk on each side of the bed, a small half desk attached to the wall and a small closet. The washroom contains a shower, toilet and sink, which can only fit one person at a time. The washroom has a hair dryer with a convertible current so you can plug in your phone. You can also plug in your phone into the light panel that is directly beside the bed without the need for electrical current converter. There is a coffee maker in the room and also a small smart TV.
CONS: Very small hotel & room
No kettle in room
Poor breakfast-no options for
vegetarians & just in general. No
vegetables.
Expensive size & facilities
Mildew on shower tiles; room was stuffy
PROS: Very warm and welcoming staff. One of the hotel receptionist went out to get almond milk so that we could attend breakfast at least on one day; so my spouse and I were able to have cereal .
Excellent location, can walk to the metro and many stores; easy to get to tourist attractions in Paris.

Daily cleaning
Came in late, but the gentleman at front desk was friendly and welcoming. Room was smaller than expected, but very clean. Fine for just getting a good night’s rest. Couple minute walk from metro. Quiet neighborhood.
The rooms are clean and the staff are all friendly. The stay is comfortable. For working, the desk is too small and there is no space to open documents when I put my small computer on it. Because of COVID-19, there are no cups or pot in the room, which is inconvenient. It would be nice if there was a small refrigerator.
It was a very pleasant stay, with a good choice of shops and restaurants close by. The rooms are compact but very warm and welcoming!

Hotel du Paris in Paris.
When scheduling room, there was apparently no room available on the day requested and web site automatically changed date to first available date which was 2 days later. I didn’t realize that this had happened and completed the reservation. When I received confirmation I saw that the date was wrong and called Hotels.com to rectify. Hotels.com tried to cancel reservation and the hotel did not get back to them for 3 days with the decision that they would not refund. Please be extremely cautious if you should decide to stay at this hotel, and I would not ever stay there after the way they chose to treat me, they are neither honest or honorable.
Although outside of Paris central it was just a block from the subway and it's less than $2 and 30 mins to get there. The area felt very safe and quiet. The hotel was clean/safe, staff was very nice and the breakfast very tasty. There is a small fridge, coffee maker and hair dryer in the rooms. The only negative is that the rooms are very small but we weren't in the rooms much so it didn't matter.

Extra fees at the end which the staff couldn't understand or explain why.
Excellent property steps away from a Metro station in a great neighbourhood.

The stay was a good location for commuting into Paris! The staff was ok, but my lack of French and their lack of English made it difficult to communicate at times. In addition, every night we would have to have our door key rekeyed. They kept telling us it was because we had it close to our phones or credit cards. This was not the case. Then they told us that it was their procedure to require a rekey nightly. We thought the rooms were small and not very inviting. Overall, the only good things were it didn't have Paris prices and was an easy metro ride into the city.
I stayed overnight before a women’s workd Cup soccer match. The front desk reception allowed me to check in early which meant I could get out and see the area. Very close to Roland Garros, Paris Metro, and Parc des Princes. The only thin it was lacking was good restaurants close by. Great place, nice staff, comfy (although small) rooms, and super clean. It even has an elevator, unlike many European hotels. Overall great stay!
