Good place to stay, quiet and off the Main Street. Clean as well and a good size bathroom. The breakfast was wonderful, plentiful and all that you could ask for.

This hotel was half the price of our preferred hotel. It was a bit of a hit and hope which worked in some respects, mainly location. Its ratings on Expedia was 8.8 / 10. I don’t know how it got that rating. There was no fridge, (I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in a hotel room that didn’t have a fridge), no air conditioning, wood chip wallpaper, cracked tiles on the bathroom floor, the shower had seen better days. I wouldn’t stay there again or recommend it. The whole place needs updating.

Great stay
Great location near to gare nord. Poisonniere metro 2 mins walk which took you to the louvre in 12 mins for 2 euros each. Lovely large clean room with 2 floor to ceiling opening windows. Staff were great and accommodating. Would definitely recommended and would stay again when next in paris

Wonderful hotel! Small but cozy. Friendly staff. Only drawback is the shower, with a small glass door, it will not prevent all the water splashing to the floor outside the shower. Other than that, everything is good!

Super convenient hotel with many restaurants and transit nearby. Be careful in walking from Gare du Nord as Google Maps wil bring you to the top of a very steep staircase. Rooms don't have air con but do have a Dyson fan, which sadly does not do much to cool down the room. Cute room concept with lots of outlets and nice and clean. Easy check in/out.

Lovely 3 night stay, peaceful location 15 mins from Gare du Nord and 30 mins walk to the main tourist attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful, buffet breakfast was limited but perfectly adequate. Clean and overall a really pleasant stay.

We arrived at the hotel about 10.30pm for a one night stay. After going out to eat we arrived back near to midnight. The room had a ver strong odour of stale water. The toilet was constantly flushing and as a result we had little sleep. The stay was a disaster. When we complained next day there was support for the issues in the room but no compensation. We were advised to write to the owner who was “on holiday”. The breakfast was OK and the shower was clean and hot however this did not make up for the poor room

The staff are friendly and accommodating There is a lift / elevator which was a huge plus Amazing location near a metro station and a cute little park, short walk to gare du nord. Very comfortable bed and spacious bedroom. Well soundproofed, although there is no air conditioning. A few parts were a little bit worn and old but everything worked fine and was very clean. The breakfast is tasty, delicious coffee I would recommend and would stay here again.

Avoid if you enjoy sleep.
Welcomed with a rude receptionist who pointedly ignored the female half of us. Room was last decorated in the 1980s at best and smelt stale. Small kettle and tea bags provided with disposable cups. In a room which was next to some kind of machinery making noises through the night. Bed and pillows were forgettable, but sheets clean. Bathroom was clean but dated. Water pressure was gravity. We’ve not had a good experience in any Parisian hotel, and this was yet another.
