The hotel is new and closed to metro / RER A which is convenient. The size of Premium room is acceptable with enough space for 1 standard luggage and 1 handcarry luggage. Some of the staff is nice and helpful, especially the elder man at the evening shift.
However, the air-conditioning/ heating system is a disaster. They claimed that we can adjust the room temperature by ourselves inside the room but unfortunately we cannot. They told us that they were using heat in winter time (mid Oct) and it was French culture. We do understand but it is unacceptable with room temperature over 27. Indeed, we didn’t feel any heat or cool air coming out from the system. They asked us to open the window but it is noisy. Finally, they gave us a fan on the second day and arranged a technician to come with us in the morning of the third day. The temperature on the third day is perfect (using heat with 20-21 degree). However, the system changed to cooling from the 4th day… the temperature dropped to 17 degree.. and we cannot adjust the temperature up…
Besides, they don’t replace all the toiletries, for example, bathrobes, toilet paper… they only replace towels and box tissue. They also don’t change bed linens. We asked them to change on the fourth day.
Well, they did offer us to upgrade the room or refund the remaining nights to us if we wanted to change hotel. We didn’t want to pack all our stuffs therefore we declined. Then, no more offer (even a box of chocolate) and follow up with us.
