Disliked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The location of the hotel was great, however it did not make up for the blatant disrespect and rudeness from some of the staff. The male staff member that was sitting in the front greeting guests was racist, sexist, and made horrible remarks towards myself and my friends. After he was upset by a simple request (I asked if we could book another room for my other friend who had her hotel cancel on her), he declined, simply because he didn't want us staying there; then stood up and talked down to me, towered over me and when I asked him not to intimidate me, he told me I was playing victim.
After trying to explain to him that it was just a simple request and I am happily willing to pay any price for a second room, he continued to talk to me as if I was asking for something out of the ordinary. He repeatedly would stand up out of his chair and come talk down to me to try and scare me.
Upon check out, he did not even say goodbye or greet me. He simply stayed quiet and gave me the silent treatment as I gave him the keys to the room back.
If I could give this place negative stars due to his lack of respect or empathy for his guests, I would. Do not recommend, especially if you are not a French white male. You will be treated poorly.
