A dated property on a dead end street but a good staff and very helpful. The breakfast was just okay and the coffee machine didn’t work properly. I needed an Espresso coffee and Coffee machine couldn’t make it . The area was a little deserted and isolated but we found an excellent restaurant just 3 blocks away. The area where the restaurant was located was pretty cool. I would say this is a 3 star hotel, which it was rated a 3 star hotel . Good hotel in Paris for the price but I would go outside to have breakfast.

Not a good area of Paris Newly renovated bathroom/shower and the bed was pretty comfortable. Rooms are very basic with badly worn/dirty carpets. Visible dirt in corners Lovely courtyard if it were cleaned and not used for dirty linen storage Only a couple people in the 4 days we were there spoke a little English. Nice young man on check in but spoke no English No coffee except with breakfast at 15€….manager agreed to 6€ for just coffee A company named B7&Co charged us $244€ for 2 nights. Then later noticed LeTrent charged $472€ for next 2 nights - it appears we were double charged for first 2 nights and will be contacting them

Very cozy room. Good complementary breakfast. The staff is very helpful. My room’s water kettle was not clean (because other guests put in coffee) and the staff brought me a brand new one. Overall experience was great.

The worst Hotel in Paris
July 30 to August 2,2025 The worst hotel stay ever. I don't understand how this hotel has 4.5 stars. This must be based on old reviews. As soon as you walk in, there's a horrible odor throughout the hotel. In our room, the AC didn't work properly, and they claimed it was the best it could do. The sink wouldn't drain, and when we asked for it to be fixed, they said it works but slowly. The shower door was broken, the toilet paper holder and other fixtures were falling off the wall, and there were terrible patch jobs everywhere with no repainting. We also noticed water damage on the ceiling. The carpet was disgustingly dirty and stained. We had to wait 30 minutes of running the water for it to get warm to bath. This place was the worst. When we asked for help, one employee responded, "for what?" and another said, "this hotel isn't that bad." Do NOT stay here.

It was all wonderful, staff was very helpful allowing us to leave our luggage with them after checking out. Hotel is clean except for our Hotel room carpets! They were filthy with several stains and looked like they could use a good cleaning. Beds very comfortable however!

Very nice place to stay!! I highly recommend. The staff is extremely nice and welcoming and are willing to answer all questions and they speak English as well as Spanish. It’s a bit far from the tourist areas, but the receptionist was so helpful and helped us map out places we could visit on 24hrs. If you are willing to use the metro, highkey consider this place. Stayed here as a group of young girls, did not feel unsafe.

Perfectly good place to stay. Quiet. Friendly service. Tucked away in a nice little corner of Paris. Room was nice enough. Fold out bed was comfortable.

Lovely, clean and modern hotel! Was near two metro stations which was very useful when travelling into Paris city centre (we were travelling with two young children). Lovely bakeries, restaurants and cafes nearby!
