Lack of tea and coffee in the rooms. Curtain hanging of.
Reception area looked ok. Room was tiny, had booked a twin, 2 beds together made up as a double, my nephew sorted it himself. No extra pillows available. Very thin walls and noisy neighbouring property. Loud music and noisy sex until after 4am. Definitely not ideal for families!
We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s really close to the cadet metro station and the local bakery.
There was lots of variety of shops nearby including a McDonald’s. The staff were very polite and could help with whatever we needed. We will be back again!
Seems to be newly refurbished and generally clean and tidy. Our room had weird electrics as the bathroom lights would dim or disco depending on how they felt. But otherwise all ok.
There was no safe.
No TV: there was a broken one. Hotel wouldn't get it fixed or let us have a replacement room during our 7 day stay.
The radiator leaked leaving puddles of water, so got wet feet when got out of bed.
Ther ceiĺing light didn't work.
There was no working internet
None of the problems we were reported were dealt with although on the 6th day workmen went in the room fitting new curtains bed head etc.
The staff were friendly but not prepared to sort out the problems.
Good bog standard hotel. The plug near to the bed wasn't working

Disliked: Amenities
Close to everything we needed. Lift broke down so had to use the stairs. Was 4 of us in a room and 1 bed had no pillow when we asked for the pillow it seemed an issue did find the check in man a bit abrupt at that point.
Positives of this hotel were that it was walkable to most destinations, cheap and well linked with transport. The staff were lovely and helpful and the bedding was clean.
Negative's of the hotel was that the cleanliness was poor. Our room was dirty on arrival and we found one false eyelash on our floor, we couldn’t find the other.
The bathroom was usable but shower was very small and the shower head was faulty allowing you to shower whilst sitting on the toilet. There was also no where to store the toilet paper.
The towels provided were hand towels so found it hard to dry my body after having a shower, I now know to bring towels everywhere I travel.
We also suffered a power cut and fire alarm testing without any warning which left us half dressed running down the stairs in panic.
We also had a lovely view of the room across the hallway starring out of our window. Overall this is a good place to stay for a few nights if you need somewhere to sleep without any amenities.
On our fourth of fifth day woke up to a mouse in our room (205), asked two different cleaners to remove it, then asked reception who changed our room & apologised but didn’t even remove, we only moved upstairs so I was nervous it’d climb up, our toilet was snapped and unsafe exposed wires
This hotel has seen better days. The service was horrible from the start and the rooms are just run-down. I was charged additional "taxes" when checking in that I had to pay in Euros. The room that I was given a key to was already occupied by someone else making for a very awkward situation when I just walked into an already occupied room. It then took 45 minutes to be given a new room that clearly hadn't had any sort of cleaning. Pass on this place.
The rooms look nothing like the pictures. The rooms are small, the bathroom door couldn’t even open fully because the bed was in the way.
The hotel is clean and in a great location. We stayed only 2 nights so we’re able to manage our disappointment. The staff seem laid back, never at the desk when we passed but usually quite close by.
You can hear EVERYTHING from the neighbouring rooms, could hear the tv from one side and talking all night from the other.
The radiator didn’t work, neither did a few of the plug sockets. We used one socket or had to reach over the table to use the socket for the TV. During the day the temperature was alright but October nights aren’t the warmest.
Laid the bed but didn’t change the sheets even though there were obvious stains on the bedding which was annoying. I don’t expect sheets to be changed everyday but if there are obvious make up or food stains they definitely should be.
My stay was pretty decent. The hotel room was fairly clean. The teapot in the room was still filled with water from whoever had previously stayed— its not a big deal but I feel as though it is something that should be checked, there were no cups provided even though there were teabags. The last night of my stay I asked for towels because the maid had mistakenly left me bathmats instead and the front desk staff brought me up more bath mats when I went down to discuss that I needed actual towels the guy behind the desk tells me extra towels are more even though I didn’t get bath towels that are supposed to come with the room. One of the extra bathmats they had given me had a really nasty stain on it and when I brought it to the front desks attention the guy was a bit non-chalent. Overall the stay at this hotel wasn’t bad besides those two small things but for the price and location it was decent.

Basic but clean
It's a very basic hotel and the price reflects this. Close Metro (cadet) for easy access to the centre of Paris and La Defense. The only thing that really annoys me is the WiFi is utterly hopeless on the 6th floor. Too slow to even web browse, answer emails ect
