We were supposed to check in at 2pm. We came early, we were able to drop our luggage at the hotel. When we came back at 2pm, they said the room is not ready and asked us to come back at 3pm due to some water problem that they need to fix. We were asked to pay 7 euro for city tax. We stay 2 nights, for 2 persons, supposed to pay 4 euro city tax based on their Small Print. After a long flight, dealing with this is very exhausted. The customer service attitude was bad. They finally let us check in at 2pm without reason???
No elevator, we had to take our luggage by stair up to level 4. The room is tiny and offer no amenities. No water or cup. Breakfast comes with croissant, jam and bread, coffee, milk. Space is limited, 4 tables, you may have to wait until someone else finish their dishes.
The only thing positive is the location, it's 5 minutes of walking to train station.
With the paid amount, I am sure there are many other much better hotels available in Paris.
