Staffs are friendly, good locations for everything. Only bad thing is no elevator. I did check in late night from long day tour and I had to carry my very heavy luggage to third floor.

Just after the first night, I noticed BED BUGS really strange (to say the least). I asked to have the room sprayed, which they did. However, a guess being bit by BED BUGS is terrible.

1). The hotel has no elevator 2). It was very hot and noisy 3). The bed sheets looked OK, but when we opened cover sheet, there were lots of bloodstain, yes, lots 4). After overnight, our legs got lots of rashes/bites 5). we paid two night, and we just stayed for one night, booked a nice hotel

The hotel location is perfect! A few minutes away from the metro station. The neighborhood is very calm. The hotel staff are very nice. Overall the experience was great!

Chambre et espaces communs insalubres
Mon expérience à l'Hôtel Tolbiac a été très décevante. C'est bien la première fois qu'il a fallu que je demande à la femme de ménage de renettoyer ma chambre dès mon arrivée. L'excuse "Le bâtiment est vieux" ne suffit pas pour justifier la présence de miettes et des moutons de poussière recouvrant le sol. Concernant le lit, les draps blancs avaient l'air bien propres, cependant on n'en pouvait pas dire autant pour la couette. La réponse de la femme de ménage quand je lui ai demandé si elle pouvait remplacer ma couette avec une propre: "désolé, on n'en a pas d'autres. Mais les draps sont propres, dormez dans les draps". Pour rajouter au manque de confort, les murs sont en papier et on entend tout ce que racontent les voisins. Hormis la salle de petit-déjeuner, tous les espaces communs et la chambre étaient également assez crasseux. Le siège des toilettes était naturellement recouvert de vieilles traces d'urine et le sol de la douche parsemé de cheveux. Les douches et les toilettes étant communes, il faudrait qu'elles soient nettoyées plusieurs fois dans la journée, ce qui n'est visiblement pas le cas. Je demande à la gestion de l'hôtel de bien vouloir surveiller de plus près le nettoyage de l'hôtel, autant dans les espaces communs que dans les chambres.

O Hotel Tolbiac, no geral, é nota 5. O predio é antigo, portanto, nao possui elevador. A escada é muito estreita: nao é possivel duas pessoas transitarem em sentidos opostos. Peguei um quarto para 03 pessoas e estavamos em 02 - ainda bem, pois o banheiro era minusculo e tinha apenas uma cortina mofada, suja, em pessimo estado separando do vaso. O chuveiro tambem nao estava em bom estado: o gancho estava quebrado e era complicado deixa-lo numa posição que ficasse parado, sem precisar ficar segurando. O café da manhã e ruim, nao tem quase nada de opcao. A UNICA coisa boa do hotel é a sua localizacao: metro proximo e ponto de onibus na porta do hotel.

Je suis arrivé, on m’a annoncé que le parking n’était pas compris dans le tarif de la chambre. + 16€. On va au parking, la place est prise… tout ça se fait sous la pluie évidemment… La chambre est au 5e sans ascenseur… on me dit que c est normal, que c’est la chambre à 50€… 90€ en fait 😱. Arrivés dans le couloir, ça sens la clope comme dans les bars avant l’interdiction 😱. Et là on ouvre la porte de la chambre 😭 Imaginez les films pornos des années 70… une couette dégueulasse, tâchée, un truc dingue ! Les wc et sdb en commun au lieu de dans la chambre comme l’annonce laissait supposer… Bref on est vite partis de là… Hôtels.com, vous ne vous faites pas une bonne pub avec cet hôtel qui est une belle arnaque. D’ailleurs je demande un remboursement. Sincèrement on a dépassé lenstade du scandaleux là…

A estadia deixou a desejar nos quesitos de limpeza e conforto do banheiro. O andar que fiquei hospedado estava em aparente reforma, o que é afeta bastante em casos como o meu em que tenho rinite alérgica. O chuveiro estava quebrado, então éramos obrigados a banhar segurando a ducha com uma das mãos. Não possui elevador e a escada era estreita, então foi cansativo pra quem estava com malas pesadas.
