Not sure if paying more than $500/night for this hotel is worth it. You would think for this price, water for two guests every day is included. Nope! The toiletries such as cotton, q-tips, etc.. were not replenished every day either. The location is nice due to safety and quietness. It is close to public transportation too. The Arc d' Triomphe and Eiffel Tower is close by too. Very tiny room but then again it is Paris.

Spent 4 days in this fabulous hotel whilst attending the Olympic games. Staff were so friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. Florian was a wonderful host. The breakfast staff were so accommodating with our early starts. I would definitely stay here again. Merci Vuctor Hugo!

Hôtel Hugo was perfect for our trip. There were so many places close by. It was easy to walk to the Eiffel Tower and the Arc De Triomphe. This whole area is very walkable and there are also plenty of grocery stores nearby. I used the gym and the steam room. It was very nice to have that option. The staff was very helpful and personable :)

Good place to stay
This is a very good place to stay. Reception Service was very good, friendly , helpful and attentive staff. The room was very clean and comfortable . It was tastefully decorated light and airy with sufficient power points. We had breakfast every day here. Choice was good but overall could have been better, staff again were very friendly and attentive. The common areas were light and very well presented.

Would definitely recommend
We really enjoyed everything about our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was lovely and clean, there was a hot drink of the Day To look forward to after a cold day out, room service was always really quick. It As also a good location for walking to Eiffel tower, arc de triumph and the Louvre along with ships, restaurants really close by.
