Great location. Ignore the pictures on the Expedia website, our room was plain brown and white, no flower prints on bedspreads or paintings on walls, very utilitarian. BUT we weren't in Paris to stay in the room, so it met our needs, just kinda let down with discrepancy and response to our comments about this to the staff. Location was great !

Overall good experience. We didn’t want room service every day however we wanted clean towels every day, but one of the receptionists said that we can only get clean towels if the room is cleaned. The maids however were fine with giving us towels when we asked for them. There wasn’t easy access to charging stations for devices. Electric plugs were close to the floor which were not convenient especially for our heavier US transformers

nice welcome, and the welcome drink was a nice touch. Breakfast was nice in a cute room downstairs bed was confortble bathroom very clean plenty of towels very quiet even though the room gave onto the street very close to train station

Hotel was clean and staff friendly, like everything in Europe oom was small but confortable. What surprised us was, our room was on the fith floor through the fire exit door and through 2 more doors really closed together We almost couldn't find it, a bit uncomfortable going through two door 3 feet apart with luggage

The hotel is very well situated. Close to all transportation and to many nearby restaurants and attractions. The size of the room and bathroom was really good for Paris and the bed was quite comfortable. Also had a small fridge which was nice to have. Unfortunately, the tv never worked properly - they tried to fix it twice but it kept losing signal and the remote/battery wasn’t working properly so they finally changed it. The safe was old and difficult to use. Definitely needs some updates but for the price in Paris, it did the job.

Very convenient if you are arriving or departing from the Montparnasse train station. Close to the M4 metro. Comfortable bed. Good French breakfast. The complimentary wine/champagne at check-in is nice. Despite the proximity to a busy thoroughfare, very quiet in the room with windows closed. It was cool during my stay, so cannot say if there is effective AC.

Beds were comfortable but terrible soundproofing between rooms. Bathroom was extremely small and only hand held shower was provided which was hard to use and no shelving to place toiletries.

Convenient location to restaurants and transportation. I bit noisy if you have simeone in a room above you. I had to ask the front desk at 11:15 pm to call the room above to please be quiet.

Good comfortable hotel
Nice comfortable hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms although a little small were clean, modern and soundproof from the main road outside. We would definitely go back on our next trip.
