This is not the first time staying at one the hotel from the chain but this one surprises me a lot. Specially the staffs from the morning and the evening shifts. They're so rude, they don't know how to communicate, they're so harsh. Whenever you try to talk to them, always a problem. I thought I was the problem when I see them talking to others the same way or even worse. Breakfast so basic, no hot food .....

Maybe it’s because I’m an American and I’m not used to French hotels but I thought the room was uncomfortably cramped. Way too small. Hardly any room to walk. The bathroom was small and weird. I don’t understand why the toilet is pushed so tightly against the wall and the shower didn’t have a full door on it only half. At least it was clean. The staff were friendly and helpful but it was hard to find someone at the desk in the morning. It seemed they wandered in and out at will. I didn’t get a chance to check out the dining in the hotel. We weren’t told when we requested a shuttle to the airport that the driver doesn’t drive into the property but out in the street. We almost missed it. I wouldn’t stay there again.

I was disappointed in the room. It was not very clean (yellow spots on the bathroom wall ?!) and there was not much room to put our bags (we only had 2 carryons). The shower taps were halfway out of the wall. The bed was the worst bed I have slept in. I felt like I was lying directly on the coils. The room and the rest of the hotel is in great need of repairs and cleaning. If this property is representative of all Ibis hotels, I will not stay at an Ibis again if I have the choice.

The hotel is well located, clean and the staff were very nice. The hotel isn't very soundproof, so if you are dependent on uninterrupted sleep this may not be for you. Breakfast was very nice and the staff friendly and helpful.

We had found the shuttle from airport and they have a shuttle to airport, it is a very convenient location for traveling.

Bus service not the best. Hotel airport shuttle needs improvement as many people left stranded over a hour after their scheduled departure and left to find alternative rides to airport. Other than that, staff were friendly and helpful
