The property is located centrally to everything you want to see in Paris. The reception personnel is amazing and very helpful, specially the reception manager. The room is huge for Paris standards. The breakfast is varied and adequate. There are a couple of areas that some improvement can be appreciated. The safe box is not fixed to any surface; therefore, I felt very uneasy leaving my belongings in the safe. The personnel cleaning the rooms doesn’t pay attention to details. We were 3 in the room; however, they left towels for only two persons. In a couple of occasions we needed to reach out to the receptionist, so our room could be cleaned. At times it was pass 4 pm and the room wan’t cleaned yet. Overall, is a very tidy and cozy hotel that I would recommend to friends and family.

It was a beautiful experience here! Very convenient for tourists especially, when you plan to use the metro. Also, great places around the hotel area to eat and shop.

The beds were comfortable, the spa was very relaxing, the breakfast was high quality, but most important, the staff were friendly and clearly enjoy their jobs. Nothing was too much trouble and we will definitely be back.

The hotel is in an amazing location, near shops and restaurants. The Louvre is a 2 minute walk away. The room was beautiful and the breakfast was yummy. The best thing was the staff. They couldnt so enough for us. Definetly recommend.

We loved this property. Great sized room and bathroom for Paris. Bathroom had a double sink/vanity which was very handy for a couple. Comfy king size bed super clean facilities and a simple but nice buffet breakfast with a basket of fresh bread, croissants and Pastries brought to your table each morning. My only minor complaint s are that there are some renovations going on in the cafe,/bar at the moment but this did not cause us any grief Also the rooms are very warm, we stayed in late November and it was quite cold outside so a warm room is nice to return to after a day out but even on the lowest temperate it was a bit uncomfortable to sleep at night. Our room had a lovely timber window that opened for a view to the street below which allowed for some cool air if we needed it. The room was quite but a little noisy with the widow open. Great location to explore numerous restaurants, Notre Dame The Louve etc, and very close to a railway station , Chatalet Les Halle. We loved our stay here and we were sad to leave. Highly recommend this property.

Property is very old. Tiles in the shower coming off. Thermostat doesn’t work, it’s very hot in the room. Website says valet parking which they don’t have. Breakfast room is under renovation.

This is a very nice hotel with excellent service. The rooms are clean and modern. It's located in a nice area of Paris with easy access to the Metro, shopping and dining. The only concern is that at times, such as early in the morning, the hot water was barely room temperature. At other times it was fine.

Super location for accessing tourist attractions, lovely place to eat nearby. The reception staff were pleasant especially the lady when I first arrived. Good shower and good bed. Room was a really good size. I will definitely be staying here on my next visit.
