This is the worst hotel that I got in years. This hotel was used to get people on the Covid 19 and still have homeless living there. Some rooms are used like a deposit of garbage. I want to complain against Expedia to don't verify the real conditions for the hotels.

We enjoyed our stay here, the place is not fancy but it was very cheap for Paris which was important when travelling for several weeks. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, breakfast was cheap and the restaurant a few doors down was lovely but not too pricey. It was not too far from the centre of Paris, one train line then a 15 minute walk.

We arrived on the 20th of June 2023. Met the receptionist, who was the ONLY POSITIVE POINT in the hotel (very helpful, informative, went for an extra mile, top staff- member). He allocated a ground floor room -017- which upon entering immediately smelled like someone still smoking in the room! Reported back to receptionist who kindly gave a first floor room -112- , which smelled like noone opened its doors windows for ages, so I asked for an air freshener, which the receptionist kindly gave us. I sprayed that air freshener into the air at the room. Before sleep I went to the reception again asked if I can get ice. There was a different receptionist, whom asked me while laughing that " you are in France and don't speak French? Hahaha?!". I find it very rude and offensive and replied " why would I ? I'm a tourist!!!" ! Two hours later we went asleep Next morning I woken up to the crying of my wife, she got an allergic reaction of the air freshener chemical. Her face swollen up like a balloon and had difficulty for breathing. We went to the hospital, admitted to a&e where she got a very strong antihistamine. We spent an entire day in the a&e! Hospital confirmed the possible cause of allergic reactions is the air freshener chemical. When we went back to the hotel and told the receptionist we are not staying a minute more, we will depart the hotel immediately! The hotel ruined our stay in France completely. Not recommended the hotel to noone!!!!

Nothing absolutely nothing. There was pillow and cases on the bed. The bathroom is dirty , no round cleaning . You feel like vomoting.. You have to ask for towel and was given. It was not changed for the next day. Tje manager has no customer service. He is too abrupt when speaking to customets. Hos staff are scared of him

Worst place I have ever stayed in
Parking was free on the website but when turned up told us it was £6 per day. Blood stains on the walls, one pillow on a double bed, no toilet paper, radiator not working, no remote for the tv, really bad customer service. Also the hotel was paid with my partners card but he then asked for my card details and typed my details onto his computer. Very unprofessional and unhygienic

Would not recommend if yoy have little kids.
Would not recommend if yoy have little kids or for family. Very dirty bathroom and toilet. Toilet is the same size as ones in an aeroplane. Not enough room to move around in.

Very tempted and far from airport, transportation not easy, 68€ for texi! Hotel fairly clean but seems very old and basic! Wouldn't stay there has I known how far it is from airport! Better pay a little more and stay in a closer and better hotel.

Hôtel was just ok.
My experience at this hotel was not that great. I was given a first room that was really smelling and not very cleaned. I had to ask to change room, which the receptionist kindly accepted. The area was a bit noisy, but I guess this was due to the location. Otherwise, staff was helpful. So overall, it was correct for the very affordable price.
