A bit of a misunderstanding at first and second day but, Robert, the Director, was most accommodating and corrected problem. This hotel location couldn't be any better if you like to stay on Etoile!!!

We were extremely dissatisfied with how warm our room was. We paid over $250 euro per night and the air conditioning did not work. We questioned this at reception and basically was told they can only have the heat on OR air conditioning for the entire hotel. It was not controlled per room even though each room has separate controls. We also had to leave our room key at the desk every time we left the hotel….even when running across the street for a meal. They said it was for security but honestly, it felt more like they were being cheap so they didn’t have to replace any lost cards. We would never stay at this hotel Again
